Thousands of Hamas-linked terrorists planned to invade Israel on the Jewish New Year (Rosh Hashanah), which begins on September 24, according to an Israel security source.
First reported by Ma'ariv, then in English by i24news, “thousands of terrorists were meant to cross over to Israel from Gaza through the tunnels and kill and kidnap as many Israelis as they could. The source added that the army learned about the huge planned attack during the interrogations of Hamas prisoners, captured during Operation Protective Edge in Gaza.”
Reports state that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu informed his cabinet about the foiled plot during a Thursday cabinet meeting. The leader of the Jewish State reportedly expressed to officials that if this attack was not stopped, the number of Israeli fatalities may have been higher than the over 2,200 deaths Israel suffered during 1973 Yom Kippur War.

Destroying their tunnels will in no way stop these genocidal maniacs from their goal of wiping Israel off the map. Declaring war on tunnels or a tactic of war (terrorism) does not stop the jihad. You have to name the enemy and go after them otherwise this dance with death will continue on and and on and on.
Hamas is the military arm of the Moslem Brotherhood. They are financed by Turkey, Qatar and Obama.
That’s why I think Israel should drive all 1.7 million of them into Egypt and then they can deal with them as they please without the world community having a hissy fit.
Israel's fight is, whether we like it or not, our fight. Israel for all her prowess, INTEL, and military might is an extremely vulnerable country. The myriad of threats she faces are the threats that a major superpower might face. She needs our full support. Let us not be bogged down by PLO/HAMAS/UN/Arab state propaganda, let us see things as they really are.
It is time we acknowledge that there is indeed a war on global Islamic terror and all the explaining away of it by the current US administration and European capitals will not make it go away. The opposite is true. Living in denial and appeasement brings the threats home to roost as we are seeing all over the planet. What is happening in Israel is a microcosm of the clash between Medieval tribalism and fanaticism and Western freedom, make no mistake about it folks.
We, in the West are approaching a critical mass point where we will have to fight them ourselves, again, perhaps, very close to home.
Israel, is put up to a impossible human task of fighting fanatical genocidal hatred (ahem, and all those claims of Apartheid are designed to obscure the truth while struggling to be America’s ONLY RELIABLE, Democratic, Western state in the entire region.
Foolishly, America seems to put her strategic eggs in one basket time after time after time, (Iran, 1979, Afghanistan, 2001, Iraq, 2003, Egypt, 2011, etc.). What usually happens to these failed nation states? They implode and then where are we left?
Israel is stable and even more so with US assistance but there are times when we need to recognize that she is fighting our foes and dastardly ones at that who planned this New Year attack.
The West MUST GET OF IT'S REAR END and see the reality of Israel's struggle. Both Israel and Egypt are united at this point and it is absolutely amazing that Obama and Kerry are appealing to the Turks and Qataris to solve the current fighting. Those two Islamic nations are aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood who are aligned with HAMAS who are aligned with Hizbollah and Iran.
The Muslims have initiated this current round of Israeli-Arab fighting in order to TAKE OUR EYE OFF THE BALL REGARDING IRAN'S NUCLEAR PROGRAM AND ASSAD'S WAR AGAINST ISIS.
I know this sounds like a rant but let us stop listening to the “poor Palestinians” argument. They put HAMAS in power in Gaza for one main purpose, to launch BANZAI charges into Israel for the sole purpose of butchering the Jews on their Holy Day, Rosh Ha Shana (New Year).
May the Lord protect Israel and may He guide the USA to seriously have Israel's back but not as BHO pretended to. Amen.
