CNN reporter calls Israelis cheering missiles striking Palestinian positions in Gaza 'scum'

British journalist Diana Magnay vented her anger on Twitter after the group allegedly threatened to 'destroy' her team’s car if she said anything they didn’t like on air.

"Scum."

That's what a CNN reporter called Israelis she spotted cheering missiles that were striking Palestinian positions in Gaza on Thursday night.

Diana Magnay took to Twitter to vent her anger after some of the group reportedly threatened to "destroy" her team's car if she spoke out of turn on air.

"Israelis on hill above Sderot cheer as bombs land on #gaza; threaten to 'destroy our car if I saw a wrong wrong'. Scum," she posted on the microblogging site.

The British journalist deleted the controversial comment around 20 minutes later, according to Mediaite.

She then continued to appear on air for CNN throughout the evening as Israel launched a land invasion of Gaza. . .
