The one about how bad-looking is Biden could have been something like, “They say Joe Biden isn’t the best looking person to ever come out of the state of Delaware. Well, I’d bet he’s better looking right now than those 295 passengers and crew members.”
The one about how illegible is Jack Lew’s signature, instead of saying it looks like a caterpillar crawling along the bottom of the dollar, Obama could have said “it looks like the wreckage of a Boeing 777 strewn across the Ukrainian countryside.”

Of course the bad part of this is that he spent 16 minutes talking about anything. I do a pretty good job of avoiding hearing him speak. He makes that harder by talking to the press for 16 minutes.
