I guess Target is now going to become a "target"...aka gun free zone.

Hey bad guys...no security at Target!

Nitwits ask the criminals to leave their guns home. When your ars hat store is shot up and casualties could have been cut short you will beg for protection that legal carry could have stopped.

I guess my credit cards are no longer the only things that are not secure at Target!

Are they objecting to open, or concealed, or both?

Well, then ... If Target’s corporate management doesn’t want me in their stores, I guess I won’t go. I’ll take my money elsewhere. I hope that makes them happy.

I won't bring any guns to Target.
I won't bring myself or any business to Target either.

Folks - while I truly despise when a company pulls this garbage, giving in to the Leftists who apparently like crime...

But lets be honest - this came about, not because of responsible gun owners carrying in their store in a relatively low-key manner (handgun strapped to their belt or concealed carry)... This came as a knee-jerk reaction to a group in Texas who decided to play a card out of the Homosexual playbook - and ram it down people’s throats by carrying long guns into the store - even to the point of acting a bit confrontational.

Just because something is legal does not make it expedient or wise. Had logical folks kept cool heads and simply carried in a manner consistent with reason - this likely would have never been an issue.

So I point a finger not just at Target, but at those goobers who thought it a good idea to carry long guns for the sake of “making a point”...

What are they doing here?

Are they telling us how to dress when they tell us to leave some of the things we carry and wear, “at home”, or are they telling us that they want their parking lot full of cars which the bad guys know have pistols sitting in them under the seats and in the glove compartments, as the drivers remove their pistols to go shopping?

And another criminal magnet reveals itself.

ATTENTION TARGET CUSTOMERS: Please avoid our establishments after dark. Our prohibition on firearms means that you will certainly be unarmed coming from and returning to your vehicular conveyance. That makes our parking lots a prime location for local thugs to relieve you or your belongings and perhaps your vehicle and, possibly, YOUR LIFE!

Have a wonderful day!

That’s OK. Like Burger King and Starbucks, a little bird advised me a while ago to stop shopping the red bullseye.

Actually, none of the stores named in the article ban firearms even though they could do so with just a sticker on the door.

This is just management trying to pacify anti-gun loons.
