AURORA, CO – A Planned Parenthood affiliate awarded a local business for increasing the number of abortions it performed over the previous year.
Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains gave a special commendation to its office in Aurora, Colorado, for "exceeding abortion visits first half of fiscal year 2012 compared to first half of fiscal year 2013.”
A former abortion industry worker took a picture of the award and sent it to And Then There Were None, the ministry of former Planned Parenthood manager Abby Johnson to those employed in her former industry.
“Ever since I left Planned Parenthood, I have been talking about the abortion quotas that are established inside abortion facilities,” Johnson wrote in an e-mail announcing the picture, sent out Monday morning. “Many abortion supporters refused to believe it, citing that surely Planned Parenthood wants abortion to be safe, legal and rare.”
“When our former worker saw this award on public display, it really started to change her thinking about Planned Parenthood's motivation,” Johnson wrote.
That revelation comes as the nation's largest abortion provider is engaged in a multi-year public relations effort to downplay its promotion of abortion-on-demand by highlighting its other services, such as supporting LGBT members of the community and distributing abortion-inducing “emergency contraception.”
In 2012, Planned Parenthood performed 327,166 abortions while collecting $540.6 million in taxpayer funds at the federal, state, and local level. That was actually down from 2011 levels, when Planned Parenthood performed a record-setting 333,964 abortions and collected $542.4 million in government revenue.
Prenatal services dropped by nearly one-third (32 percent) during that single year. Cancer screenings decreased by 14 percent since last year, and 39 percent since 2009.
In all, “abortions made up 93.8 percent of Planned Parenthood’s pregnancy services, while prenatal care and adoption referrals accounted for only 5.6 percent (19,506) and 0.6 percent (2,197)” in 2012 respectively, the Susan B. Anthony List noted in a fact sheet.
Despite that, the media portray Planned Parenthood as "a place where women can go for low cost medical advice and care."
“Please forward this on to people that you know,” Johnson said. “Planned Parenthood's real agenda needs to be exposed!”

This is almost unbelievable.
There’s something to be proud of. Exceeding the number of babies that you’ve been designated to kill.
And so far the only absolute right the left believes in is the absolute right of a woman to murder her unborn children.
Planned Parenthood standards: 1 point if they are white, 2 points if they are Hispanic, 5 points if they are black.
Amen Ping!
In the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, total(consolidated) revenue was $201 million: clinic revenue totaling $2 million, grants and donations of $190 million, investment income of $2 million, and $7 million other income.[43] Approximately two-thirds of the revenue is put towards the provision of health services, while non-medical services such as sex education and public policy work make up another 16%; management expenses, fundraising, and international family planning programs account for most of the rest.
Planned Parenthood receives about a third of its money in government grants and contracts (about $360 million in 2009).[44] By law, federal funding cannot be allocated for abortions,[45] but some opponents of abortion have argued that allocating money to Planned Parenthood for the provision of other medical services "frees up" funds to be re-allocated for abortion.[3][46]

The problem with legalizing anything is somebody will make a business out of it. What’s the goal of a business? To grow the business. So, legalize euthanasia, for example, and suddenly it has a Madison Avenue advertising campaign and sales goals. Some people are so affected by advertising and sales gimmicks that they literally need somebody to watch them and take away their credit cards and checkbooks. My father in his 80’s bought the damndest things he didn’t want and couldn’t use, simply because he had lost the power to say no.
Positively ghoulish.
Ping.
Do they have any awards for creativity, or gruesomeness?
Planned Parenthood about lost its marbles when a large anti-abortion banner was unfurled in a predominantly black neighborhood. They called in every debt and favor they could to get the city to take it down.
This shows a real weakness on their part. They put extra emphasis on killing black babies, but they can only get away with it if they do it on the sly. If the light is shined on them, they freak out.
So this is why the most cost effective advertisement for the anti-abortion movement should be targeted for such neighborhoods.
PP is literally causing a genocidal holocaust.
KKK and rainbows, eh? Very apropos.
I think some enterprising congressman should pass a law saying that Planned Parenthood cannot refuse any donations and anyone who donates more than 1,000 or 10,000 bucks has to have a placard setup in plain view outside of the PP office they donated to......
I call it the “Planned Parent Hood, Donation and Recognition Act”
If something like that passed I am sure the retards in white pointy bedsheets would donate a lot to PP.
If the left can use the Pointy Sheeted Retards to LIE about the Tea Party and Conservatives we too can use those same morons to point out the truth about PP’s genocide against Minorities.
Make it so donations to PP are handled the same way Highway cleanup signs are.

The last abortion clinic in my city, Corpus Christi, Texas was forced to close Monday, leaving women in the Coastal Bend area without ready access to abortions.
This is wonderful news to we who have stood outside the clinic protested and prayed for years for this clinic to stop murdering babies.
Corpus Christi had also been the closest location for some women in the Rio Grande Valley since clinics in McAllen and Harlingen closed earlier this year.
Now, women living in Corpus Christi and surrounding areas who seek abortion services will have to travel to San Antonio, at least a two-hour drive each way.
More than a third of the abortion clinics in the state have closed since the Legislature passed more restrictive laws last year.
Restriction in the law: the requirement that doctors who perform abortions have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles.
Another part of the law, which takes effect in September, requires clinics to meet surgical-center standards, meaning all abortions, including nonsurgical procedures, must take place in hospital-style operating rooms. It is that requirement that abortion providers say will probably reduce the number of clinics in the state to six..
