Representatives of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) stated that they will ruin the Kaaba after capturing Saudi Arabia.
APA reports quoting Turkish media that ISIS wants to take control of Arar city of Saudi Arabia and start operations here.
ISIS member Abu Turab Al Mugaddasi said that they would destroy the Kaaba in Mecca: If Allah wills, we will kill those who worship stones in Mecca and destroy the Kaaba. People go to Mecca to touch the stones, not for Allah.
20 years not 2
Which Hadith is that first sentence from? I thought that was written by Safar al-Hawali.
The second sentence comes from Kitab al-Malahim, which is one of the Hadith Sunnah.
That was my thought. The Saudis, who seem to be the real enemy, manipulate the US into fighting for them. These ISIS maniacs must believe their own rhetoric if they're pushing SaudiArabia into an alliance with the rest of the civilized world.
The only way to stop ISIS, while they're still landlocked, is for countries that consider themselves to be citvilized.....Iraq, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, Kurds, SaudiArabia, Russia take a time out from their hostitlities, surround ISIS and blow them off the face of Earth. Then go back to hating each other.
If ISIS gets a corridor to the Med, they go global, ally with other crazies and nobody will stop them.
Meanwhile, Obama wants to fund more terrorists in Syria? That's beyond insane.
If they ruin the rock then there’s no good reason left for not nuking it.
Well, Katie Couric in keeping with her place in the mainstream media establishment did leave out the blood thirsty details of the Sunni vs Shiite schism:
This blood feud dates from the beginning of Islam, a tribe that would later be Sunnis from Syria beheaded Mohammeds grandson (the Mohammed) and brought his head to Damascus as a trophy to display on a wall.
Sunnis broke the blood line of the prophet, this is why zealous Shiites will kill Syrian Sunnis with zeal, as Iranians Quds Forces and Hezzbulah are doing right now in Syria. It dates back to the four caliph, under the fourth successor to Mohammed, Mohammeds cousin...also his son-in-law. Mohammeds cousin married Mohammeds daughter Fatima, their son and heir to the Islamic caliphate was killed by a tribe from present day Syria who would later identify as Sunni.
This isn’t a “disagreement” as Katie Couric so delicately put it, it’s Muslim barbarism and blood feuding.
Oh, a bright side to the story! The Saudi Royal family crucified on CNN.
Define “them?”
RE post 12. It would seem. Especially if the rumors of Saudi backing of this group are true.
This type of bluster is very Arabic in nature.
They are all talk and bluster. You shoot a couple of them and they run away. My father in law, who spent some time in WWII in Northern Africa would say this all the time. And it is played out over and over again.
American culture is that we mean what we say. That is not true in the rest of the world. Bluster, boasting, and lying are the norm.
——It is starting to look like infidel includes anyone not a member of ISIL/ISIS or whatever they are.——
You just figured that out ?....they crucified 8 fellow muslims for not being radical enough...
Saudis vs ISIS, whom to root for.
>> we will kill those who worship stones in Mecca
I’m kinda with them on that one.
Trust in (the real, one and only) GOD. He has a plan! And it’s above my pay grade to know, but maybe His plan is to let the various competing groups of sand-expletives whack each other down to a manageable, suitably impoverished size.
Do you believe that the Hadith is inspired from God and can predict the future?
Me no.
But, it is what they believe...which certainly makes it more likely to happen then the next random event.
yes, obama regime is doing its best to overthrow Assad, the last rock left between the ISIL “caliphate” and the Levant
not to worry, the obamites are “vetting” the crazies in Syria they give our weapons to, after Egypt and Libya, the CIA and State Department are experienced at sorting out the good guys from the bad guys
I’m so old they were funny characters in the book 1001 Arabian Nights.
Finally, she has done something worth watching. Thanks for the link. Too bad the MSM didn't try to understand this crap and educate the people oh, ten years ago.
I’m so old I remember when funny characters were in the Koran. A laff riot!
