That is again leading to speculation that Sen. Paul will endorse Sen. Alexanders re-election bid, something he came short of doing in a previous joint media appearance to demonstrate their solidarity with fishermen facing Corp of Engineer restrictions that would keep them from fishing near dams. Given the pair's voting records, which show wide policy fissures, if Sen. Paul does endorse Alexander, it will invite reasonable suspicion that he cares more about Lamars ability to help him in his expected 2016 presidential run than he does about the biggest issues facing the country.
I have culled, from the Heritage Action Scorecard, a sample list of major differences between Senators Paul and Alexander last year, when Paul earned a score of 96% from Heritage Action, and Lamar received a score of 49%.
Vote after vote, on comprehensive immigration reform, taxing Internet sales, the Farm (mostly Food Stamp) bill, the deal to reopen the government, and rules weakening the minority in the Senate, Sen. Alexander voted the opposite of Sen. Paul.

How about honoring us the voters for once?
I know, I know but there are none on Moreland Drive, among the sea of campaign signs before and after Sullivan South High School. Ditto other designated campaign sign sea areas.
And then there is a Mr Flinn...... I don’t know who he is but he keeps popping up on TV ads, more than Lamar and certainly more than Joe.
You make a strong point but remember if you will that politics is the art of the possible.
Influence on the Senate floor is magnified by negotiation among like minded. The art is to maintain favor on the floor while developing enough favor among voters to stay elected.
I don’t condone the process, but merely make the analysis.
He’s slowly hanging himself out to dry. Keep it up and he will be just like his dad. Irrelevant to those that elected him.

Ru Paul is a sellout.
Like and bump.
Alexander and Paul... The RINO Brothers.
He’s appearing with Lamar?
...so much for sticking with principles.

I am voting for Carr!
Rand Paul has made the same list that I placed Rubio, Christie etc on.
I store this list in my round filing cabinet on the floor.
I’m praying for you CC
Thank you!
Carr campaign, all I get he’s been there a few times, big donor only. No open public meetings. He has family, he travels x miles per week. Well he’d best get his BUTT in gear and hit Shelby CO openly in person. Social media will only get you so far. You ask any one in Shelby and they say CARR WHO? Ny now his name should be WELL KNOWN!
NO MORE MONEY FOR LOSERS! I am old, I am sick, and I can’t do what I did 8 yrs ago. And my SS only goes so far, and I sure as heck am not dipping in to what little savings I still have for a LOSER not willing to sacrifice a little family time if he wants the Darn job!
I hear you. I hate to say it, but the Carr campaign has the feel of Amateur Hour about it.
