I know the Hobby Lobby case pretty well, but what is the other case?
I did read the SCOTUSBlog blurb but it didn’t help.... is it also related to healthcare?

So if it is (in his mind) how can they NOT pay it?
In the end, it will be up to him and Kennedy. We already know that Breyer, Ginsburg, Kagan and Sotomayor will vote FOR the government, and Alito, Scalia and Thomas will vote FOR freedom. Sadly, it will always be a 4-3 split on just about any issue that invokes Socialism versus freedom.
Kennedy is the light switch. Depends on which way he’s flipped.

the decision is in Hobby Lobby’s favor... honestly, i want to cry—i am so relieved... i am going to Hobby Lobby today most defintely!
