The American military is facing a serious personnel issue: More than two-thirds of today's youth are too uneducated, have behavior issues, and are not physically fit enough for service.
"We're trying to make decision makers see this is a national-security matter and they need to prioritize it," retired Maj. Gen. Allen Youngman told The Wall Street Journal.

Depending on your behavior, you could have to accept it.
Anytime you are dealing with code people, regulators, inspectors and such, if you behave agitated, irritated, confrontational, threatening, and such, they will bring along some enforcers.
It is getting harder for me to enjoy eating out and a lot of other things since I’m seeing more and more of the inked up crowd.
“Anybody coming into my company for a job interview with a visible tattoo is immediately disqualified.”
I really don’t know what they are thinking; are they really stupid enough to believe that any prospective employer will be happy to accomodate their “self-expression” and “individuality”?
“It is getting harder for me to enjoy eating out and a lot of other things since Im seeing more and more of the inked up crowd.”
I stopped eating out a lot for financial reasons, but I have to admit I was skeeved by waitresses and others around my food that had so many tattoos and piercings. I’m not crazy; people who get tattoos can’t give blood (for at least a year, I believe) for a reason...
I think you saw the movie “The Dirty Dozen”.
Every now and again I tell my soldier son that he needs to sign up here and take part. Then I read posts like this one and wonder why I bother.
Idiot

Yes, well I have a tattoo. And according to you and others on FR I am a freak and an idiot basically. A problem arises, when actual facts are introduced to the equation.
I served this country with honor...
I am successfully self employed and pay more in taxes and earn more than many on this site...
I have had more than a few upper level management positions...
I have two Bachelor’s degrees and a MBA...
So, once again do I have to say that not everyone can be painted with the same brush? I see a ton of thinking like this on FR. It is no wonder that Conservatism is struggling to extend its reach, especially among the young and other groups. We are looked at as being pig-headed, closed minded, and downright ignorant in some ways. Even those who may stand with us ideologically won’t admit it out loud because of these kinds of antics.
I am not saying people should walk around covered in tattoos. Everything should be done in moderation. But just because I have a tattoo that says, “Peace Through Superior Firepower”, on my arm does not make me a degenerate.
“And according to you and others on FR I am a freak and an idiot basically.”
Do you have tattoos on your face/neck? A pierced eyebrow? Play victim somewhere else; I was fairly specific about where I drew a line.
Disagreeing with untrue generalizations is not playing victim.
My post should have conveyed that I am anything but, despite what many Freepers think of those with tattoos.
I was specific as to where the tattoo was. The remarks were not directed to just you either, as I used the word “many” or “others”.
Wish he would....and would ping me! :)
At best, Iraq will descend into civil war and they will kill each other.
The Gulf is still in danger of being shut down at any moment and that danger increases every day with Islamists taking over Iraq.
ISIL is not the threat to the Gulf states.
The principle threat is Iran. The mullahs covet Mecca and the wealth of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the others.
