WOAH – BOMBSHELL !!
The plot thickens. We might just have found a biggie….
In a recent Politico interview (publish date 6/27/14) with the Lois Lerner’s attorney William Taylor III an interesting aspect is buried midway through page #2.
During part of the interview Politico author Rachel Bade inquires about the 1.1 million pages of documents Lerner sent to the Department of Justice that became an issue when discovered by the House Oversight Committee on June 9th 2014. BACKSTORY HERE.
The documents were sent from IRS to DOJ on a series of 4 discs (CD ROMS) and, according to the admission from the DOJ, “contained legally protected taxpayer information that should not have ever been sent to the FBI“.
Why the DOJ waited to inform congress, and why they only did so after Daryl Issa found out about their existence, was a matter congressional consternation but no-one made a big deal about it.
Indeed all prior details and media reports of the interaction have been framed around the substance of legality, and illegality, for the IRS to actually send the confidential taxpayer data. This is indeed a concerning aspect – but we think we’ve uncovered something considerably more alarming about both the timing, and the substance.
Inside the Politico article is an explosively revealing defensively framed answer from attorney Taylor. He is specifically and directly stating it was NOT Lerner who initiated the inquiry:

The man is untouchable - pigmentation immunity, secondly, no one has the testosterone to attempt to do anything. Boehner is all talk no action and the marxist knows it, that’s why he continues to do whatever the hell he wants.

Any government agency that is called in to investigate another government agency will always find insufficient evidence to find the other guilty of any crime or infraction. Especially under this ‘transparently” deceptive administration.
I know what you mean, but it is better to say that this demonstrates what happens when justice is not blind and chooses a side before any facts are known.
Viewing even one FTI document in an unauthorized fashion can get the person subject to a felony charge; this could end up finishing the careers of powerful Democratic Senators like Harry Reid and Charles Schumer.
And you think Bonehead and the GOP will impeach him?

Boehner is Barry’s golf buddy and dinner companion. Why would he rat on his powerful buddy? Holding Obama or Holder complicit in lawless acts would damage that relationship, thus he is mute and does nothing to stop any of it.
I’m with you. I think the IRS helped the DNC (via intermediaries to try to cover the paper trail) by harassing conservative groups and even divulging tax records of political candidates. Remember Harry Reid chirping about Romney’s taxes. Where else did he get that information?
The Framers assumed those placed in High Office would be somewhat moral and not politically corrupt. The Framers never met nobama, dingy harry or peelousi! That 2008 Dem combo set off what we suffer today.
For the most part historically, DOJ under the Executive has not been a significant problem, UNTIL NOBAMA.
Under the Constitution there is not anywhere else DOJ could go.
Anyone think Congress would be a good controller of the DOJ?
The DOJ problem can be corrected by cutting off the head of the snake with impeachment. The DOJ problem can be corrected by Congress aggressively going after the particular violators within DOJ and IRS and making criminal examples of them. If the Senate goes GOP come November, look for holder and many others to “retire” hoping to get by without being charged.

Maybe true, but there is Law requiring all government offices to keep copies, including printed, of all emails and correspondence.
If the Law has been violated, then criminally prosecute everyone involved down to the janitor. Bloody examples make good adherers.

I agree. Holder should have NEVER been confirmed and should have been impeached when he got held in contempt.

Yep. It is their way of providing cover for their corrupt activities.
With all this Country has done to “repair” from slavery, when anyone within government flashes a Race Card should be an automatic grounds for dismissal.
If America survives all this, the Race Card will be seriously frowned upon. If America breaks apart, Race Carding will be almost a capital offense in the non-progressive side.
