The Framers assumed those placed in High Office would be somewhat moral and not politically corrupt. The Framers never met nobama, dingy harry or peelousi! That 2008 Dem combo set off what we suffer today.
For the most part historically, DOJ under the Executive has not been a significant problem, UNTIL NOBAMA.
Under the Constitution there is not anywhere else DOJ could go.

The DOJ problem can be corrected by cutting off the head of the snake with impeachment. The DOJ problem can be corrected by Congress aggressively going after the particular violators within DOJ and IRS and making criminal examples of them. If the Senate goes GOP come November, look for holder and many others to “retire” hoping to get by without being charged.
I agree. Holder should have NEVER been confirmed and should have been impeached when he got held in contempt.
