DON'T RETREAT, RELOAD: SARAH PALIN, ALLEN WEST, RICK SANTORUM ENCOURAGE TEA PARTY TO KEEP FIGHTING
Big Government ^ | June 27,2014 | CHARLIE SPIERING

“It does make a difference,” she said. “What you are doing makes a difference and now more than ever we need to ramp it up. Don’t retreat, we gotta reload.”

In spite of their frustration, Palin soon had the crowd laughing as she peppered her speech with political jokes and taking shots against President Obama and his allies. West, a University of Tennessee graduate, led the crowd in a rendition of the song Rocky Top, much to the delight of the crowd.

Palin took the stage acknowledging that Sevierville was Dolly Parton’s home town, explaining that she once dressed up as Parton for Halloween when she was in High School.

She also reminded them that the media was also trying to sound a death knell for the Tea Party but it was very much alive.

“Us bitter clingers and wingers, we ignored those yappin' little lapdogs in the media and with a new social media kind of reporting you know we were able to kick those little varmints away, we were able to ignore what it was that they were saying,” she said.

Palin held up Sen. Ted Cruz as an example of a Washington politician that was fighting for them, and explained that it was more important than ever to send him allies in his fight against the Washington establishment.

“He is there for a reason not a season, and that’s what we need more of,” she said. “We need to send the good guys reinforcements to take the battle to Capitol Hill for us.”

Although she hasn’t endorsed Joe Carr yet in his primary, Palin dropped a hint to Tennessee voters that he was one of their allies.

“We need to be pretty discerning here of what kind of ‘Carr’ we send to D.C.,”

Just because you can't figure it out or use the sense God gave a turnip does not mean that actual conservatives won't figure it out. We have. Screw Mitchie McConnell, John Cornyn, LAMAR!!! Alexander, Pat Roberts, Thad Cockroach, Weeper of the House John (Hic) Boehner, "Majority" "Leader" Kevin McCarthy and their ilk. We don't need to give Cantor further thought. He gone! Now send the rest of these crappy servants of the US Chambers of Crony Commerce to their well-deserved political demise.

REMEMBER MISSISSIPPI!!!!

Now and forever. Send the GOP where the Federalists and the Whigs went for identical reasons. $$$$ corruption uber alles is all they care about.

REMEMBER MISSISSIPPI!!!! Even after that tool Thad Cockroach goes to the Pleasant Valley Home for the incurably senile.

REMEMBER MISSISSIPPI!!!! Even after Haley Boss Hogg Barbour and his cronies have become residents of the federal hoosegow, the sooner and the longer the better. Make Boss Hogg a Trusty and have him on permanent latrine duty.

Why, billhilly do you imagine yourself a Republican much less a conservative? Is it because you are incapable of noticing that whether Harry Reid or Mitchie McConnell happens to be Majority Leader makes absolutely NO DIFFERENCE on policy except as to Muffie's trust fund? Not good enough!

It would be a huge mistake not to heed these words here. Nobody can do it alone. And remember each of us as individuals play a big part in the struggle as well.

Carr said that McDaniel would have won by at least five points in Mississippi, if the establishment hadn’t worked to “steal an election” by reaching out to Democrats.

Tennessee has open primaries too. So don't be surprised if he suffers the same fate McDaniel did.

Thad Cockroach is most certainly NOT THE CAUSE we are fighting for. Travis Childers is at least as pro-life, pro-gun and anti-Obozocare as Cockroach and probably more so.

Thad Cockroach IS the "other side" as are Haley Boss Hogg Barbour and the US Chambers of Crony Commerce. They would retroactively abort their own mothers if they could make a buck off of it. Supporting the likes of Cockroach IS a sin. The tactics of Boss Hogg ARE sins and I don't give a s*it whether they are legal or not except insofar as violations might lead to the sleazebags being imprisoned at length.

When the term "Republican Senator" is broad enough to be interpreted as including such liberal and/or actual pro-abort trash as Lisa Murkowski, Mark Nancyboy Kirk, Susan Collins, LAMAR!!! Alexander, Bob Corker, Light Loafers Graham, Thad Cockroach, Mitchie McConnell, John (father of GLAAD's pro-abort Miss Piggy) McCain, Jeff Flake, for just ten examples, there is going to be no such thing as a "Republican Majority" because of traitors in the ranks. They can not be trusted to stop Obozo's SCOTUS and other judicial nominations, to seriously resist his "czars," to fight abuses by his IRS or by his NSA, to clean out the cesspool that is the Veteran's Administration's shameful treatment of vets, to stop treating illegals infinitely better than our veterans, to stop homosexual peversity posing as "marriage" and to put a stop to the leftist sacrament of abortion.

Performance and not rhetoric are what is required. Those who, at best, practice rhetoric in office ARE the other side every bit as much as Baahbaah Boxer, Diane Fineswine, Richard Blumenthal, Elizabeth Fauxcahontas Warren, Hillary the Medusa or whoever.

That Mississippians should vote for Travis Childers seems obvious under the circumstances. Unless conservatives learn to genuinely hate their enemies and act accordingly, the enemies will always win. When our enemies control the GOP, we have no major party to be a vehicle to translate our beliefs into governing reality. Absolutely PURGING the GOP of its crony capitalists and spoiled brats and trust funders is job #1.

Think your Savior and mine chasing the moneychangers from the Temple.

REMEMBER MISSISSIPPI!!!! Now and forever!

OK, since I live here I will remember Mississippi. You are just another simpleton who lives in that hellhole Illinois, and believe you have all the answers. You are in very good company on FR, but not so much elsewhere.

Thad Cockroach's ratings, like every other legislator's ratings reflect a select handful of carefully chosen votes, chosen to make rating organization's "friends" look good and their enemies bad. Sometimes ratings reflect responses to questionnaires which are even less useful since candidates generally refuse to answer enemy questionnaires.

If you want to see to it that Boss Hogg's wife, son, nephew, third cousin twice removed or brainless Bret Favre or whomever do not get appointed to the sure to be created vacancy resulting from the death of Mr. Cockroach's last surviving brain cell (to be reported on the 6th day after he is next sworn in IF HE IS SWORN IN), then keep the SOB from being re-elected which is the one and only way to stop this fiasco.

If Boss Hogg wins this one (like serial phony Clarke Reed before him) while posing as Mississippi's conservative leader while raking in the lobbying cash for every unholy purpose under the sun, don't count on a single trustworthy delegate out of Mississippi in 2016 or a successful challenge to Roger (Xaviera Hollander) Wicker in 2018.

The problem is that Childers, no matter how much you love him and seem to believe that the Dem is the true conservative, is never going to VOTE for any of those things. The Dems vote in lockstep with Harry Reid, who in turn does whatever Obama wants.

That was my whole point. Individuals are not the important thing here. Numbers matter. As long as there are more Dems than GOPers and Obama is president and Reid is in charge, no matter how much you love the guy, he’s not going to vote for any of the programs you want. And unless you elect enough GOP Senators and Reps to have a majority, even if McDaniels had won (well, he did, but that’s another story), he couldn’t have done anything.

Think strategically. The Dems do.

I hope Boss Hogg is paying you well.

When I lived in Connecticut, I and friends had the answers to Lowell P. Weicker, Jr., and ran his fat ass out of the Senate. Let me know when you do as well. I was also Reagan's state chair against Feckless Ford. the worst embarrassment in a GOP nomination since 1932 Herbert Hoover or maybe 1940 Wendell Willke.

At least you recognize that you are a poor exemplar of Free Republic. Here on FR, prostitution is not quite the virtue that it seems to be in Boss Hoggland. You be missin' your kinfolk and soulmates at DU or HuffPo???

BTW, I'll match conservative resumes with you anytime and we will see who the simpleton is. That goes for IQ's as well. You CAN spell IQ, right??? And know what it means? No, not bribes! Try again.

Boss Hoggs Dollar Store is running a special this weekend only on Chamber of Crony Commerce kneepads! Y'all get on down for your deal on pads!

If both you and Boss Hogg both live in Mississippi, its standards must have declined terribly since it produced giants like Nathan Bedford Forrest. REMEMBER MISSISSIPPI!!! and each primary stealing POS of 2014. Punish accordingly. Repeat as necessary!

Could be. I would think his overall conservative rating, however, also reflects his positions on things that probably never even come to a vote. Does it refer only to his vote for bills that are before the Senate, or does it cover other things in his career (such as his campaign promises, which were certainly not conservative)?

I know for sure that the ACU(most liberal of the 4) rating included in that average is based soley on the votes of Thad Cochran.

The first task is to define the enemy. Far too many GOP House members ARE the enemy every bit as much as Pelosi or Steny Hoyer. An even higher percentage of GOP Senators ARE the enemy: Murkowski, Kirk, Collins, Alexander, Corker, Cockroach, Cornyn, McCain, Flake, Graham for ten off the top of my head. Being a Republican does not guarantee reliability or friendship.

Being a Democrat, in rare cases, does not necessarily mean being a Demonrat. Childers had a House voting record that gave Pelosi agita. Pro-life, Pro-gun, anti-Obozocare. About forty years ago, the aging Speaker of the House John McCormack (D-South Boston) retired to go home and use his law license and his vast influence to represent arrested pro-lifers. His Faith was more important to hi than his party affiliation. President of the Massachusetts State Senate Billy Bulger (D-South Boston) spent twenty years in office successfully thwarting the pro-aborts in Massachusetts at every turn. His considerable and influential law firm trolled Boston courts to ask arrested pro-lifers to accept representation at no cost. With Billy's lawyers representing them, few were ever convicted, if any.

I worked for Democrat Tom Dodd, at his request in 1970, but without the offered pay and, while he was weak on guns, he put Barry Goldwater to shame on military, anti-communism and social issues. Slogan: When Tom Dodd Wins, America Wins!

More later!

Computer glitch.

It does not help the pro-life, pro-gun, pro-family, pro-military, pro-borders, or any other conservative issue group to be solely identified with only one political party. It allows us to be pigeonholed. The Democrats know they usually cannot get our votes and stop trying. The Republican whores then say (Think Gerald Ford, Poppy Bush, Bob Dole, John McCain, Mitt Romney): "They have to vote GOP or stay home." Then we get less and less and less. No thanks. I want that pound of flesh.

What do William Brennan, Potter Stewart, Warren Burger, Herod Blackmun, Lewis Powell, John Paul Stevens, Sandra Day O'Connor, David Swish Souter and sometimes Sandra Day O'Kennedy have in common? GOP Presidential appointments to SCOTUS and, in whole or in part, pro-abort records on the SCOTUS. No better on the lower fedcourts either. For all of our slavish loyalty as pro-lifers to the GOP, wehave gotten 41 years of about 60 million dead, dismembered babies on demand. But, hey, maybe the next GOP POTUS like a Romney or a McCain or a Rand Paul or a Crispy Creme Christie might appoint a pro-lifer by mistake to SCOTUS.

If "we" take the Senate, along with the House, Mitchie McConnell and Weeper John (Hic) Boehner will excuse their lack of performance by saying Obozo holds the White House. That will be at the same time that Obozo calls them racists for blocking his agenda but they won't really unless his agenda threatens Muffie's trust fund. He can appoint Bill Ayers or Bernardine Dohrn to the SCOTUS for all that they care.

Individuals are not the important thing here. REVENGE is. Fear of RETRIBUTION is. If you do not inflict unacceptable levels of pain on political whores in charge, they will run their cavalry over your corpses. If you choose to punish Demonrats, your "Republican" enemies will snicker up their sleeves at you and every pro-life conservative. Think Bugs Bunny saying: "What a maroon!"

If, instead, you inflict the pain on your Republican enemies like Thad Cockroach, Boss Hogg Barbour and the rest, even Demonrats will take notice and try to at least buy your opposition to other GOPhacks. The GOP Hacks will respect you more and try to buy your votes for $$$$ which is all they ever think about. When that does not work, they will ask you to dictate your terms. If they vilate those promises (preferably made in writing or as publicly as Poppy's Read My Lips: No New Taxes!), they know they will share Poppy's fate because you will behead their craven political/corruption careers. No one likes liars.

Childers is no movement conservative (the only kind that really counts) but he is capable of being a very temporary weapon in the overall fight. He would be more conservative than you think and a lot less liberal than you fear. He would be strictly temporary. In 2018 and 2020, with Boss Hogg in prison, we nominate a nominee really worth electing.

Finally, do you think that we just have to sit around worrying about what the lamestream media may call us???? I don't. Go after the GOP cowards and quislings AND the Demonleft with the same gusto and creativity we used against McGovern and Carter and Weicker, asking no quarter and giving none. We are quite capable of destroying our enemies and ought to apologize for not doing it already. First apologies go to 60 million dismembered babies. ,p> REMEMBER MISSISSIPPI!!!!

That was refreshing. Agee with the tactics, but not the long term objective.

We’re stuck in a really horrible marriage. The sort of marriage where the other party routinely cheats, is addicted to crack, disappears for months at a time, run up the joint credit cards, and has given us the clap a few times. A marriage like that is not one that you’re going to fix through marriage counseling. It’s time for a divorce.

Barbour I never quite trusted. The pardon’s fiasco finally sealed it for me. It should have been investigated to the hilt by an Independent prosecutor. Rove? I never trusted him. He put more Liberals in office from W’s 8 years and helped do more damage to the conservative movement than any one person associated with either Bush administration. They got one part of his name right and it wasn’t the magnificent part.

That was my whole point. Individuals are not the important thing here. Numbers matter...Think strategically. The Dems do..

Livius, some of us Republicans have been following your strategy at the ballot box for decades.

When is it going to start working?

The Dems' strategy? They CHEAT -- they have to because liberals are a minority. The Dems' "strategy" is to manipulate and connive and contrive and harvest and bully and lie so they can advance more and more government tyranny against the will of the majority.

Meanwhile, dunderheaded Republicans like myself have used your strategy to vote into power more and more liberals, albeit members of the Republican party.

Your strategy IS FAILING. Your strategy HAS FAILED.

Time for a new one, and in any case, you may be forced to adopt a new strategy whether you want to or not. The Republican party is the Screw You party, it has been for a very long time. Talk about lipstick on a pig.

The new strategy is to vote such that liberal Republicans lose. The new strategy is to vote with an eye to what you are voting FOR. I will vote FOR the candidate who, if he won, would improve things because he advances limited government. If that candidate belongs to a party different than the one party that goes by two names (Republican or Democrat), so be it.

Your vote is a gamble on numbers, half the time the number you counted on as registering 10, is so far left of the dial that it's -3, as in RomneyCare Mitt. That's how your numbers add up when the rubber hits the road.

My vote is an investment in righteous principle. My guy may lose, but if he WINS, we all win. If the moderate Republican wins, everything moves left. That is why my vote from now on will be such that the moderate Republican loses.
