The Chris McDaniel campaign has identified multiple Mississippi counties in which enough improper ballots have been cast that a legal challenge to the outcome of the election is warranted.

There has got to be at least one honest judge in MS who will grant an injunction to suspend all the deadlines. We’re talking about the integrity of the vote, and it’s being watched by the rest of the country.
:)
Prosecute the mother F'ers that voted twice. Put every stinking one of them in jail.
Any time DemocRATS are involved, you can bet you’re going to have a crooked “election” with a whole lot of invalid ballots. It’s just the way the ‘RATS roll.

Apparently Drudge is hiding this story. Wasn’t he a Thad supporter?
The column on the left is where the voter voted in Democrat primary on June 3rd 2014.
The column on the right is where that same voter voted in the Republican run off on June 24th 2014.
This is illegal according to Mississippi voting regulations>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
But Ah iz black! An Ah get to vote as many times as Ah wannna vote, y’all!!!! Obama and Holder says so!
We know where this is leading. The Obama feds are on a hair trigger to send in the FBI to prosecute McDaniel for anything they can make up.
Were they able to get access to the Hinds County records, to catch 1,000 fraudulent votes?
Also, somebody was saying that McDaniel only needs to find fraudulent votes to equal 1/2 of the margin of victory. Is that true?
Weasel Zippers is running this too.
Just see my tag line.
I don't know if it's true but it would make sense. If half the margin of victory were fraudulent, then the fraud could have affected the outcome. Not that it DID, but that it could have.
That should be enough to call bullsnit.
So very true.
Why would the Republican runoff be using the Democratic sign-in sheet? This just doesn't make any sense....
If there is no runoff, that column wouldn't be used. Ergo, the Democratic sign-in book would have no entries in the 6/24 column.
It looks to me like somebody is trying to pull a fast one (maybe laying the groundwork for an "investigation fundraiser" scam).
Why would people voting in the GOP runoff be marked down in the Democratic Poll Book?
It's too inconsistent to be real, and too stupid to be a forgery (it's as if somebody faked a letter from George Washington complaining that his iPhone battery kept dying on him), so I have no idea what to make of it. My best guess is that somebody is planning to do an "investigation fundraiser" and pocket the proceeds.
There are two poll books, each with a full set of names of registered voters. When a voter decides which primary he wants to vote in, his choice (or party) is recorded in that book.
In some precincts, probably not all of them, the election administrators used the DEM book, which identifies the people who voted in the DEM primary. This is a quick and reliable way (or should be) to prevent a person who voted in the DEM primary from voting the GOP runoff.
So... they used the Democratic poll book (even though it was a Republican primary) on 6/24 to prevent illegal double-voting, and then went ahead and allowed people to illegally double-vote anyway and recorded the fact that it had occurred (instead of just using the Republican poll book so that they could plausibly claim honest error and avoid creating an obvious written record)?
My brain hurts.
There is no prerecorded party affiliation in Mississippi, so all the poll books have exactly the same list of names. The way a person's choice in the primary is recorded is by choice of book to record it in. Republicans are listed in the Democratic poll book (so they can cross over), and Democrats are listed in the GOP poll book (so they can cross over).
What is forbidden is to vote for one party in the primary, and a different party in a runoff. If the GOP poll book was used to record 6/24 votes, that can STILL be compared against the same name in the DEM poll book used on 6/3. Either way it is an obvious written record.
Well there we have it. We even have the names and addresses of people who double voted. This is NOT OVER
