They did not make that journey on their own. It takes lots of logistics and money to do that.
And we know the USG was laying plans for this last January, if not earlier.
This is Obama and Democrats doing scorched earth politics for the Latino vote. Either they get millions of new voters, or the media portrays GOP as Nazis who round up the poor little children. I wish our side played half as hard.
So long as the American taxpayer insists on keeping every child in American territory fed (no matter their legal status), our nation will be constantly under siege by malicious freeloaders. If we’re going to discourage illegal immigration, we’re going to have to dismantle the Socialist programs (such as Medicaid and the EBT program) which entice the illegals to come here in the first place.
The other thing is that once they are here, it won’t be hard for family to come up with the fake paperwork to prove they qualify for the dream act as having been here for years.

So that “misinformation” that Obama said was causing the massive increase in illegal alien minors was actually totally accurate information.
I’m frustrated that much of the coverage of this immigration crisis isn’t looking at the big picture. Why is this being done?
I believe the answer can be found in the following comparison:
Consider two events - a Baptist Church picnic in a Southern State and a meeting of a Gay/Lesbian/Tran-gender Equality group at an Ivy League college somewhere in New England.
Which one of these events is going to have more little kids running around? The Progressives know that as politically energetic as gay/feminist/abortion activists might be they just don’t reproduce.
All of us are being forced to pay to bring in the next generation of Democrat voters, because the Stork just ain’t gonna do it.
1. "School attendance: Only citizens, legal residents, those with special student visas can attend elementary, high school, and colleges in the United States."
2. "One parent must be a citizen before a newborn child is given automatic citizenship."
3. Felony: We must finally declare that crossing the border illegally is a felony.
Illegal parents come to the United States for the wonderful benefits that their children can receive, like a quality education and great health care. Can you blame them for making the dangerous, long trip with their young children, or sending their children by themselves with the hope that the United States will automatically let them stay?
I don't understand how a child can illegally cross the southern border one day and automatically be eligible to enroll in public school the next day. That is wrong.
