I am putting money on CW2 erupting long before Jan 21, 2017. He gets more outrageous every week.
If only! However, I think the majority of conservatives are just gritting their teeth and holding on, waiting for this bizarre nightmare, fascist fantasy to be over. We have been sustained on our tendency to be hopeful.
He can give a blanket pardon for past criminals acts but not for continuing or future criminal acts. He also cannot confer citizenship.
The trick will be electing a president and congress in 2016 that will act to deport them.

I think Rush discussed this. Obama can pardon past offenses but he cant make them legal. So basically they are still illegal after the pardon. No effect.

Only a remnant stand up for enforcing the law and deporting foreign nationals. Jeff Sessions is one.
The new POTUS could simply reverse the order with a new Executive Order and most certainly would.
As if not having the Constitutional authority has stopped Obama before .....
