San Diego police are looking for four people in connection to a deadly attack in the Gaslamp District.
In the early morning hours of June 15, 25-year-old Michael Beaver was found unconscious on a sidewalk in the 500 block of F Street. He later died at the hospital.
All the suspects appear to be between 20 and 30 years old.

And the public as well. My WW2 hero grandfather was murdered during a robbery by a black kid when I was 10. My father’s best friend and one of my life long mentors was shot four times by a black guy at his job when I was 20. Something happens to my family now that I’m a man and I’m killing everything I see until I’m put down. Bank on that.

So if you have a concealed weapon, and you have to use it for self-defense, I doubt that whether you have a permit or not is going to be the major problem you have to confront. And at least you will still be alive. Remember, your assailant won’t be worried about the fact that he doesn’t have a permit, now will he? Judged by 12 or carried by 6, it’s your choice.

Problem is, once you are found carrying without a permit, it’s a gun violation, and you can’t legally own weapons any longer. It can also have detrimental impact on future employment. It’s not as easy as just toughing it out.
