The stinking lawyers are getting payed by the state over and over again to get the same perp out of the can...get him back on the streets as quick as possible so more money can be made off him....
It has got so you can't tell the good guys from the bad....
Lawyers and judges are churning the taxpayers.
And I don’t really care that much about humane conditions for violent offenders..
