(CNSNews.com) - Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), issued a rare audio message back on January 21 in which he flatly stated his group’s intention to march on Baghdad and move into “direct confrontation” with the United States.
“Our last message is to the Americans. Soon we will be in direct confrontation, and the sons of Islam have prepared for such a day,” Baghdadi said. “So watch, for we are with you, watching.”

.. With the news on Friday that a couple hundred American contractors are surrounded by ISIS troops .... this whole thing is about to get very personal for the US. And, sorry Mr. Obama, I’m afraid a few tweeted hash-tags from the links in Palm Springs will not do the trick this time.
I think Baghdadi knew that he would have to fight the Iranians for Baghdad, and is prepared to do so. He wants Baghdad as the capital of his new Islamist state for symbolic as well as practical reasons. I suspect that the Kenyan is prepared to assist him in this endeavor for the same reasons he was covertly assisting him in Syria: the Kenyan wants to see an a Sunni Islamist state established, and having failed in Egypt sees this as his best opportunity.
We should send those arrogant, barbaric tasbards to meet their Mad Month live in the hot place.
It looks like they have been evacuated to Baghdad, for what that’s worth.
Folks on and near the border have been finding Islam related items for years,books and prayer rugs.They are already here and will kill a lot of Americans when they stage their jihad.

I don’t think Iran will let ISIS take Baghdad. This is the best chance Iran will ever have to annex the parts of the-country-formerly-known-as-Iraq where there is Shiite majority population. They would not want Baghdad just a few miles away as capital of some Sunni caliphate.
It will be a helluva fight.
If Bagdaddy & his swarthy crew show up on these shores, he & the rest of his shark-eyed hatchet-faced shovel-bearded horde won’t be hard to distinguish. Why does al-Qaeda seek to recruit “white Muslims” anyway? ‘Cause they don’t look Middle Eastern.

I see the Sunnis setting up in Mosul (which they have taken to calling Nineveh) as their capital and base of operations for addressing themselves again to the Levant.
I sense the Invasion form south of the border will play into any “invasion” by the Jihadists.
If we let these invaders stay....the next wave will be ....Jihadis.....disguised as refugees.
The world no longer fears us. It’s a sad state of affairs when a bunch of terrorist thugs, whose organization very few of us were aware of even a few days ago, can be so brazen and call us out like that.
