The Obama administration plans to move as many as 1,000 unaccompanied minor migrants from Border Patrol facilities in Texas to facilities in Baltimore, Md., and Richmond, Va., in an effort to ease overcrowding and address the growing humanitarian crisis along the border.

According to a “transportation flow chart” obtained by BuzzFeed, the administration will now begin resettling the children to an Office of Refugee Resettlement facility in Baltimore and to St. Paul’s College in Richmond. Both facilities can accommodate up to 500 beds, according to the document. According to the chart, DHS buses and planes, as well as commercial planes, will be used to transport the children to all facilities.

This is just like Carter's handling of the Mariel boatlift of criminals and refugees from Cuba into the United States.
Carter had to disperse the people to states across the country.
Crowded conditions in South Florida immigration processing centers forced U.S. federal agencies to move many of the Marielitos to other centers in Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Camp Santiago, Puerto Rico, and Fort Chaffee, Arkansas. Federal civilian police agencies such as the General Services Administration's Federal Protective Service provided officers to maintain order inside the gates of the relocation centers. Riots occurred at the Fort Chaffee center and some detainees escaped which became a campaign issue in the re-election defeat of Governor Bill Clinton.

These kids want to be caught. It's not a question of closing the gaps in the coverage.
The instructions they're receiving in Central American newspapers explain that, once they're in custody, they'll be fed and clothed, schooled and taught how to speak English. And can't be deported...for at least two years (if then)!
These kids are being recruited in Central America, then assisted into and across Mexico.
According to paragraph 24 of this article, it looks like Bristol, VA is being considered by HHS, too. Virginia Intermont recently closed its doors and is probably move-in ready.
I wish the media would use the word “juveniles.” Calling these older teenagers “children” is misleading and is clearly meant to create sympathy.

It is possible that multiple agencies have conspired to endanger the lives and health of children by having them transported across Mexico unaccompanied. Some of them may have already died, some of them may have already been kidnapped and sold into sexual slavery.
Upon arrival, the conspiracy continues, that once they cross the border, felony laws prohibiting human trafficking, exploitation of children, child neglect, and endangering the health and welfare of children have been violated.
Once the children cross state lines, more felonies are committed, again including human trafficking, exploitation of children, child neglect, and intentionally endangering the health and welfare of children.
Every Governor of the States impacted should activate all available law enforcement and/or reserve military personnel to impound all vehicles, and arrest all persons involved in transporting the children. Every Governor should have had Attorney Generals presenting evidence to State Grand Juries to indict all persons involved in this vast conspiracy.
There's no sense worrying about the violation of international laws and federal laws, since Eric Holder would be responsible for overseeing any investigation or charges. Still, I don't see why any Federal Judge couldn't issue a cease and desist order enjoining all Federal agencies from further involvement. Men of good will could have stood up and stopped this. They haven't, and it looks like they won't.

Never thought I would come to a point of viewing padding the voter rolls as comparatively benign. It is much worse than this, though. These aliens are to be flooded all over the country in order to erase our sovereignty, our culture, our civil institutions, and the rule of law.

OMW! Had not heard about the proposed use of Aberdeen. That makes sense because it is located near a more conservative area of Maryland, so the flood of illegals will overwhelm the local population and turn it into the type of place the progressives want, a Third World hell hole, where English is not spoken, where there is no rule of law, and where the institutions of Western civilization are forgotten concepts.
I don’t really know how these things work, but, I suspect that, since APG is an army base, the local politicians have no say in the housing of Obama’s army of cultural destruction at the facility.
