Why aren’t the Texas and Arizona Guard on the border?
These kids want to be caught. It's not a question of closing the gaps in the coverage.
The instructions they're receiving in Central American newspapers explain that, once they're in custody, they'll be fed and clothed, schooled and taught how to speak English. And can't be deported...for at least two years (if then)!
These kids are being recruited in Central America, then assisted into and across Mexico.
