Re-enactment of Saigon, Cholon, 1113 Tudo? Embassy Building in Baghdad is one of the largest (if not the largest)US embassy in the world. Lots of space on the roof.

I do not want to see more American blood spilled trying to get in between two sects of Islam who have been fighting for over a thousand years. Let them kill each other and then both get weaker.

Dang, does it take that many Americans just to funnel American taxpayer money to Obama’s friends in Iraq?

Al Qaeda is just gaining ground since Democrats took over. More ground than they ever had in the first place. I was hoping we wouldn’t just abandon Iraq again to the radical elements, but it seems Obama has been actively helping the radical elements all along.

Like so many other cities and capitals in the past...America once again runs away like Monty Python's Knights of the Round Table when confronted by a major French assault of catapulted animals...”Run away”! “Run away”!
If America would learn to read the map correctly, have a realistic world view and respond in an effective manner like the Russkies, there would be no burn the documents and run diplomacy like we have seen so many times. Now under Obama, it's routine. Ahhhh, Jimmy Carter, where are you?

Dang. My brother did two tours in Baghdad, helping the Green Zone businesses get back on their feet, with business plans and financing and all. He worked so hard, and now the recovery he helped create will be completely gone, and it will be as if he never showed up and did anything. And his story will be the same as all the other military officers and contractors who were involved. It just makes me sick.
The American Embassy there was under construction when my brother was there, and it was this behemoth, this fortress, that was supposed to be safe from attack. It was colossally expensive. Now people are running away, anyway.
And my niece served in Mosul, as an Army nurse. Came home with PTSD from all the gore she saw. For what purpose? Mosul is lost. She sacrificed for her country for nothing.
This is just sickening.

It is time to bring US troops home to defend and protect US borders and the nation.
If you feel that way, if you are sick and tired of sending our kids to fight to protect every other nation in the world while leaving our borders open to attack, then think about visiting www.MaineTV.net, keeping up with the Maine secession movement and moving to Maine.
