BEN SHAPIRO'S OBAMA SOLUTION: 'PROSECUTION NOT IMPEACHMENT'
Breitbart ^ | 8 Jun 2014, 8:00 AM PDT | by STEPHEN K. BANNON

On Thursday, Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) stated that he was "not, at this point, calling for impeachment." He continued, "The president has two years left in his term. We hope they pass quickly."

That hope is empty. They will pass slowly. And even should Republicans win back the Senate in 2014, President Obama promises heavy executive action--action that will surely violate the Constitutional delegation of powers.

Which is why, says Breitbart senior editor-at-large Ben Shapiro, impeachment isn't the answer: prosecution is. And in his new book, The People vs. Barack Obama: The Criminal Case Against The Obama Administration, Shapiro lays out the charges.

"A criminal administration can do virtually anything, without any sort of real consequences," Shapiro writes. "Impeachment is rarely used - in the entire history of the United States, there have been just 19 House impeachments, and just eight of those ended with full removal after a Senate trial. No doubt the founders intended impeachment to be utilized far more often than it has been...But in practice, impeachment has been a failure."

Instead, Shapiro proposes, criminal prosecution of the Obama administration under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act should be on the table.

That act was created as a response to the mafia--it was designed to undermine mob claims of plausible deniability. It was created to hold command and control structures accountable for activities taking place down the chain. Shapiro writes, "Congress expressly worried in the RICO law itself that organized crime was using its money and power to 'subvert and corrupt our democratic processes.' Those worries were understated. Now the chief threat to the democratic process comes not from the mafia but from within the government itself."

“There is absolutely no authority whatsoever to prosecute a president.”

The people have unlimited, God-given rights identified in the Ninth Amendment and recognized as a penumbra of rights available, but not yet enumerated in the U.S. Constitution. Further, the people have unlimited, God-given powers identified in the Tenth Amendment and recognized as as penumbra of powers available to the people, but not yet enumerated in the U.S. Constitution.

The U.S. federal government has limited authority, rights and privileges delegated to the U.S. federal government from the God-given rights and powers of the people.

The people can bring a cause of action for unconstitutional acts. Any person has the right to pursue a redress of grievances against unconstitutional act in The District Court pursuant to the First Amendment. Violations of the Constitution are not discretionary acts. There is no immunity available for anyone, including the President, from committing unconstitutional acts. The first step involves filing a complaint in The District Court.

I think the problem is ‘how many of our politicians are Freemasons (Illuminati; NWO) and how many of those are Republicans vs Democrats, and in the Senate that would be very important for a conviction or Impeachment....and how many of them and DOJ are Islam?

And don’t forget the Judges if you go for a legal conviction in the court system. Not to mention Holder who is the AG.

Hillary’s SEC STATE assistant (DOJ), who is Muslim... married to Anthony Weiner, ..and I’ve always been surprised he has been allowed to continue his insanity considering all the other families who haven’t allowed public embarrassment.

Remember that Kissinger made a statement in Moscow when Obama won 2008, he said “Obama was elected to bring in the NWO”...however the NWO (CFR etc)has been around for some time, so my only thought in 2008 was ‘out of the shadows into the forefront with no more secrecy’ must be goal.

So in all the agencies that would be involved with any charges, how many members are patriots and how many are NWO...global UN loyal. Feinstien is angry with Obama but she is also wanting gun control, so how angry is she really?

Not so. President has to be impeached before *any* criminal proceedings.

You’ll find that in the Umbra of the Penumbra

For treason, there is no statute of limitation.

Agreed, Bo and several of his criminal branch members are way beyond impeachment. Prosecution and prison if not worse is warranted.

Really? The Founders undoubtedly meant for impeachment to be used for more than 18% of all presidents?

If you can get Republicans in Congress to bring the charges, RICO sound very appropriate to me.

Hitler had immunity, too.

Immunity for the President is delegated by the people to support the U.S. Constitution. An ineligible president waives immunity to assume the Office of the President of the United States to “fundamentally change” America.

No immunity means criminal prosecution of a sitting President, who happens to be in violation of the U.S. Constitution while in office, is available.

An ineligible president waives immunity

Your whole argument relies on a dubious assumption.
