Women are the key in gun-control initiatives”
Hey ladies — they just called you stupid.
Cool, I mean look how well prohibition worked! I mean, if it wasnt for the rise of the mafia, illicit trade in alcohol, birth of the police state in the ATB, it would have all been perrrrrr-fect!
This is the Right to Bear Arms. It's not going away because "she said".
MEN ..... get your ladies a neat pistol and take them shooting! It’s fun and more important, it’s confidence-building and empowering when she knows she can defend herself ... and the gun control nuts can go pound sand.
Women are the fastest growing segment of the population arming themselves.
Every woman I’ve taken to the range has had a great time and expressed further interest in shooting/firearms. Including a number of “liberal” ones.
RKBA/Firearms ownership/self-defense is one of the few issues that crosses all ideologies.
This has become the obvious game plan over the past couple months. Between the org being funded by Bloomburg to to change in language after the last shooting about women being at risk from guns. Needs to be countered.
Um, not THIS woman, LOL! Range time for me just tripled. :)
“Hey ladies, they just called you stupid.”
How do you think John Kennedy got elected?
I recently ran into a guy from Nigeria who is here getting his degree. He told me there is no right to bear arms there, mix in corruption at all levels of government and you get a situation where people frequently fear for their lives, with no means to protect themselves.
He told of one situation where thugs were going from one house to the next on his street in the wee hours of the morning. The screams got closer as they neared his house, the police were called they said they were out of bullets. They were defenseless. For some reason they did not stop at his house. Is this our future? I pray that it is not.
The reason for this is that most women have not ever fired a gun. When someone has no first hand experience on something it is easy to lie to them. For example it would be very easy for someone to fool my about what is happening on the kardashian show; never saw it, never will.
A much larger percentage of men have shot guns thus they know it is just a tool. It can’t fire itself or take over your mind. Fewer women have done so.
My wife’s first time was with a 1911A .45. She didn’t want to go, I told her she was going. She said she’d go but didn’t want to shoot this time. I told her she had to shoot one clip. After this I shot one and asked if she wanted to shoot again, she said ok. The next time I offered to let her shoot she couldn’t wait. Loved the feel of the power. She could never be convinced to ban guns.
So guys, take your ladies shooting!
My wife buys her own guns, started out with a M92,swiched that for a USP,she finally settled on a PX4 in 45ACP.She also learned how to shoot all my personal weapons except for the 12 gauge-too much recoil. She doesdo pretty good with my M16A1,so that’s the gun she’ll defend herself with aroundthefarm.
Cue pix of packin’ babes!
Get your gals something small and easy for their first shooting, and take her to a comfortable indoor range with lots of headsets, etc. soon, she’ll be wanting a Judge.
Actually women are key in the gun control issue. But not in the way they think. Being physically smaller and more vulnerable we have the most to lose if guns are taken away.
My kind of gun control is working for tighter groupings on my target. And there are many other ladies like me. The anti gun harpies do not speak for all of us!!! You should see ladies night at the gun range I belong to.
“But every day when she walks to the sea,
she looks straight ahead; not at me.”
Don’t know if they’re the “key” but clearly, women are taking to the shooting sports (and to firearms ownership for self-defense) in droves.
Personally, I’m finding it a bit tough to get used to the fact that they’re even making pink handguns nowadays, but welcome!
