I just heard this on the local news. Of course they left out the part of the texts. The teacher decided not to press charges.
Oh they made it seem like the Dad just went and hit the teacher (practically for nothing).
Back in the days when there were sensible standards, teachers were told not to have any personal contact with students outside of school. Another nice guideline was never be alone with a student for tutoring etc even in school. The best way to avoid these kinds of accusations is to have no online or other private contact with students.
Father of the Year medal with Oak Leaves, please.
Maryland is where an 18 yo student (HS senior) was sexually assaulting a 14yo freshman girl in the hallway and was not arrested, or expelled but transferred to another school at taxpayers expense.
The “school” determined that the 14 year old girl “consented” so it was okay so I doubt anything will happen to this predator masquerading as a teacher.
and people wonder why 49% of Marylanders want to leave the state.
One can traverse a narrow barrier of moral wrong, but still not break the law. I have no sympathy for a teacher that would send questionable texts, then show up at the girl’s front door.
Seriously, did the teacher really expect a warm welcome?
Your children are not yours anymore. They belong to the government and the government will decide what is inappropriate.
Dozens of texts. Dozens. 42 years old vs. 15. The man is a sexual predator. Baseball bat, pickup truck, tarp and a dark lonely road in the middle of nowhere.
there’s nothing like a good piece of hickory.
Good for the father!
I prefer ash. If not available, aluminum will do.
Pale Rider
Aluminum bats do great but I can’t stand the hollow, thunking sound.
The girl has ‘Batman’ as her dad. Let’s hope the ‘teacher’ learned his lesson. What a creepoid funded by tax dollars.
Nothing like the sound/feel of a good Hillerich & Bradsby.
Good swing, Dad .. just keep those elbows in a little more next time d:^)
In some places he would have gotten shot.
This is the way American men used to take care of these problems; probably why there were so few of them reported back in the “old days”.
For all we know, the baseball bat was simply the best weapon he had available at the time.
Even a good ash bat will break if you are not mindful of the trademark seal.
