I've never seen a Target store with the required signage prohibiting any sort of carry, here in MN. If the signs go up. I'll stay away. With my money.

“Moms”

My mom carries a Ruger GP100 tucked under her waste band and a loose shirt when she goes to Target.

From what I’ve read, Target follows state laws regarding firearms at and that’s it. The the “mons” group has been all over the Target FB page today pasting the same demand Bloomberg told them to.

“It’s terrifying to have these people sitting with you in a restaurant or standing next to you line,” Watts said.

This useful idiot has probably had dozens or hundreds of people CCW withing feet of her. Last check she is still alive.

Open carry is stupid. It’s like playing poker with your hole-cards turned up, IMHO.

Christian baker refuses to bake cake for homosexual = Bad

Department store refuses to allow guns into their store = Good

The left is all about being against discrimination until it involves something they hate and/or fear. Either you're for other people's rights or you're not. Enough of the selective discrimination so prevalent on the left.

I don’t want anyone to see I’m carrying. It’s my secret.

If by these people she means these open carry nutjobs I'm with her.

There is no rational reason to want to run around with long guns in a retail outlet. These folks have a couple of screws loose.

And I come from a solid gunning background and am a lifetime nra member.

I’m as pro=gun as anybody on the planet, but I admit I never quite got this whole “open carry” thing.

Use a shoulder holster or a waist band holster and put on a jacket, suit coat, or an extra shirt.

Think I might start keeping a bag of diapers in my car just in case I come across one of their protests. Would be a very nice way to let them know what I think about them.

A national gun safety organization...

If they really were a "gun safety organization" they would be glad that responsible adults are carrying guns. As it is all they want to do is to disarm the law abiding and create the places they want to shop into free fire zones.
