What President Obama has been pushing for, and moving toward, is more insidious: government control of the economy, while leaving ownership in private hands. That way, politicians get to call the shots but, when their bright ideas lead to disaster, they can always blame those who own businesses in the private sector.

Communist.
Socialist, Marxist, Communist, Fascist, all mean the same thing with only minor differences.
No matter what, the American people believe in all these government “get-rich” schemes even if they don’t bring “quick” results.
Hitler wasn’t a monster... in the very beginning..
Just Marketed Differently and to Different People.
'State capitalism' - wasn't that Hitler's economic model?
Fascist, then?
Under fascism, private ownership of business is “allowed” as long as business does things the government way or the perpetually agitated people will be unleashed on the business owners.
Red China is about state capitalism too.
It is a fact that the system where industry is privately owned and government controlled is called fascism.
I think it is more insidious than that.
Clearly capitalism is a pretense, and we are in reality a Narco Nation. The same way ideology is a pretense for Taliban, Al Qaeda, Sinaloa, Farc, Muslim Brotherhood etc. None of those organizations have real historical roots in human history other than being criminal drug cartels. They are formed and protected by powerful people, and even world leaders.
“Nacion Narco” is understood by educated people in Latin America, because criminal orgs would not exsist without government complicity. It defines a Nation who’s political leaders work for cartel leaders, not the citizens.
Famed author Samuel Hersh described how Obama has consistently supported the Muslim Brotherhood and Al Al Qaeda, in the Middle East. They are essentially the heroin cartels.

The cartels aren’t gangsterson the street, or even kingpins, that go to jail. They are private bankers, hedge fund managers, and national leaders. South America is comprised of narco nations. Leaders bought and paid for by cartels. Wall Street banks launder their billions, and fill political coffers.
The SEC sees no evil while Wall Street banks launder $BILLIONS in cartel money. http://www.theguardian.com/world/2011/apr/03/us-bank-mexico-drug-gangs
Benghazi, Egypt, Syria, the “Arab spring” and even the ukraine has been about supporting their drug cartels, Fast and Furious was about supporting the Sinaloa drug cartel. Drug legalization and the “failed” war on drugs campaign is sophisticated social engineering bought and paid for by the criminal cartels and the banks who launder their money. We are all being duped. Afghanistan has record poppy production under US military watch, and pure heroin is flooding the streets.
The drug legalization campaign should be a case study in social engineering. http://www.aim.org/special-report/the-hidden-soros-agenda-drugs-money-the-media-and-political-power
Being inept is forgivable, being a murderer is not. Putin claimed that Afghan heroin has killed over 500,000 in the last few years alone.
They all have blood on their hands. Obama thy name is TREASON.
National Socialist... not really, as there is no Nationalism to this stompy-footed tryrant.
Still the same... what you have described, is textbook Fascism.
“government control of the economy, while leaving ownership in private hands”
is fascism.
And as Dr Sowell says, this is far more insidious than mere socialism or communism. The government gets the control and the private owner gets the blame for the inevitable failure.
Yup....all are statists and collectivists.
It become tedious after a while arguing over the miniscule differences between Communists, Socialists, Marxists, Liberals, and Democrats.
The one thing they have in common is control.
They are the Control Freaks!
