Hi Gang!
(GROUP HUG)

I am sorry that I have been MIA lately.
I have had the worst flare-up of my RSD that I have had since I was diagnosed with it three years ago.

The result was pain that was off the charts, and trying to find answers as to why it flared up so badly.
Nobody can answer that question, it “just does.”

It has also moved from my knee to now include my left foot.
A brace has been made for that. to help relieve the pain and give it some stability.

It’s just an exhausting thing to have to live with.

At any rate, it seems to be settling down somewhat, and I hope to be back next weekend with bells on!

You HAVE been missed and I hope and pray that something is done or is found that will relieve you of that horrible pain! I know you hate being kept down by it!

Take care of you....and try not to work to hard. I’m sure that isn’t helpful to your situation...though I know work is necessary!
