Whatever US State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki is trying to sell, she’ll have no buyers among the Washington press corps. Psaki tried arguing that President Obama “doesn’t give himself enough credit” for his foreign policy triumphs.
Reporters asked a sensible question in response: What on earth are you talking about? When does this president not give himself enough credit?
One reporter even asked Psaki how much credit she would give the president. Answer: A lot.
As the conversation devolves into farce, this exchange happened.
Q: I mean I mean Im talking, what specifically are you talking he doesnt get enough credit for (inaudible)?
PSAKI: For engagement initiatives like Iran, what weve done on Ukraine, efforts to dive in and engage around the world.
(Cross talk.)
Q: I mean, Russia has still annexed Crimea. I mean, Iran theres ongoing negotiations, but is that the success here that youre talking?
PSAKI: Were talking about engagement in the world and taking on tough issues that present themselves. And the United States continues to play a prominent role doing that.
Get that? Results don’t matter, just playing the game matters. Give yourself a big ol’ pat on the back just for showing up.
The “everyone gets a trophy” crowd is now running American foreign policy.

Obama OWNS (with clinton and huma)
1. MANPADS to al Qaeda.
2. Overthrow of gov’ts for al Qaeda.
3. Open borders for al Qaeda.
4. CIA support for al Qaeda.
5. weakening American troops against al Qaeda.
6. Crucfixions of innocents paid for by Obama.
7. Raping of nuns paid for by Obama.
8. Murder of women and children paid for by Obama.
Clearly, success for al Qaeda.
for America? not so much.
Looks like a Saturday Night Live skit...
But we will NEVER see an SNL skit like that about a Democrat. Too many people would lose their jobs over it.
Liberals believe they deserve credit for good intentions (”good” as they define it).
Even if it destroys the entire modern world and sends mankind back to the Dark Ages.
Is that her, or is that a SNL skit portraying her?
When does this president not give himself enough credit?
Reading the transcript of his West Point speech I was appalled by how many times he used the words “I” and “Me”.
This homely bint makes Jay Carney look like Churchill.
Psaki has become a joke. She has to go. She is doing immense damage to the country.
If she were just hurting Obama, I would relish her every idiocy. But as the hostile World watches her flailing around searching for a clue, American weakness is undeniable. The Weak Horse never looks weaker than when Psaki is at the podium.
I’ve got that same sickening feeling I got while watching Sandra Fluke deliver her nauseating speech back in 2012. And when Hitlery gets elected we are in for 8 more years of hell with a pretty bow on top.
This is the best summer I’ve had since I was a kid. Obama doesn’t give himself enough credit for his foreign policy? He doesn’t give himself enough credit for all the FAILURES in his foreign policy.
Unfortunately, this woman is not qualified for her job either. Wonder who she is related to.
You know...if Saturday night live would just go back to its original tone
There is nothing more sincerely amusing than tenth grade boys in the cafeteria at lunch, or watching TV with the sound down on a Friday.
Adults either gone, or non intrusive.
Watch old Dana Carvey, he makes fun of George Michael on Weekend update. He’s George Michael, complaining to a straight faced, ‘annoyed’, Dennis Miller, and dressed in tight jeans saying, ‘Dennis, they made that video and I would just like to ask that editor, ‘wheeeere’s mmyy BUTT!? I mean where is it in that video...”
And George Bush threatening Sadaam Hussein, and with night vision goggles.
and the Italian waiter.
Or Phil Hartmann with the unfrozen caveman lawyer. Just random stuff. A little bit of a political figure here and there.
Even a few years ago when Sara Palin was on, back stage and Marky Mark comes up looking to punch someone, says oh Hi sara, have you seen Andy? I’m gonna kick the crap out of him. She says, hi, no ...
Just funny stuff.
I remember when the Hero of Benghazi started out insulting the brits. It’s been going downhill since.
