What is the maximum time an issue has held his focus?
What is the minimum time an issue has held his focus?
It would be an interesting analysis of both his direction and lack of direction.

No, I don't think it's a waste of time. Severe concussions can cause permanent brain damage.
That would explain this feckless administration -- severe concussions from repeatedly banging their head against the wall.
A doctor should declare them all permanently disabled, and remove them from office.

I think it’s well and good to look into dangers that may exist in sports.
But, and this is a big but, I question if looking into the issue requires the attention of the president himself. Is this really a pressing issue of national security, or otherwise in the purview of the federal government?
