President Barack Obama’s administration has quietly suggested it is willing to create a two-tier race-based legal system in Hawaii, where one set of taxes, spending and law enforcement will govern one race, and the second set of laws will govern every other race.
The diversity proposal is portrayed as an effort to create a separate in-state government for people who are “native Hawaiians.”

I want a dual system of taxes and laws based on whether you are a liberal or a conservative.
The liberals can tax and spend themselves silly on their social programs. We can fend for ourselves in the free enterprise system.
We divide the country and the liberals can have the north and west coast and half the debt.

The only real native Hawaiians are on the island of Niihau, which is a privately owned island. You’ll have a better chance of finding Obama birth certificate than a pure Hawaiian outside of Niihau.
