The White House made a big mistake over the weekend, accidentally revealing the name of the CIAs top officer in Kabul in a prepared list of U.S. officials who were taking part in a briefing related to President Barack Obamas surprise visit to Afghanistan.
After the White House caught the error, which named the individual as the Chief of Station a label given to the CIAs top spy in any given country the agent was removed from the email and a revised list was distributed, the Washington Post reported.
But before making the change, the officials identity was sent to more than 6,000 recipients, including reporters for TheBlaze. The Obama administration has asked media outlets to withhold the name to help ensure the agents safety as well as the well-being of his family.

I imagine all these guys sitting around the table knowing that their time is slipping and the opportunities to simply muck America up is dwindling. So, now as we get closer to the Emancipation, events like this, that totally destroy American credibility, trust, capability is just going to keep on coming more often, with greater losses, tragedies, being leeched out the closer it gets to the end of what is no doubt the worst eight years in American history.
Another bump in the road to 0bama.
No mistake - this was done on purpose.

Why are all the reports saying “accidentally”? He did it on purpose and he knows no one will stop him. ‘Just another push at his kingship move.
How about just not revealing his name in the first place? Wouldn't that be the best way to ensure the agent's safety as well as the well-being of his family?
just damn
Did al Jazeera get their email?
The guy and his family now have to go into hiding for the rest of his life.
There was no reason for this list to be released...period.
Not yet....He hasn’t read the morning paper.
Count on it.
Identity was sent to more than 6,000 recipients.

“Did al Jazeera get their email?”

No wonder Putin is smirking every time he thinks of what a dumb jerk the university morons, the contraceptive junkies, and the freeloader class have foisted on the USA. The stupid mistakes this administration has made will keep conservative writers busy for decades.
