In 2005, offending rates for blacks were more than 7 times higher than the rates for whites

From 1976 to 2005 —

* 86% of white victims were killed by whites
* 94% of black victims were killed by blacks
You have to really see the chart,but black on white homicide is MUCH more than white on black.

It has to be about drugs and a "turf war." The Los Angelinos have been witness to these for years. But, since WE Americans are the biggest customers for drugs, the wars won't stop soon.

It's a shame that so many Americans can't seem to live without drugs. I guess they make the world a better place for their souls. Wrong priorities--just an opinion, folks.
