. . . without mentioning 1994, of course. Or the bubbles. Or the era of big government is over speech.

Did she recall the effect that Reagan had that carried over for them to enjoy?

Dodd-Frank/Clinton....the true root of the meltdown which happened years later.

But Hillary doesn’t recall that it was because of the historic Reagan tax-cuts which made the economy good for the 1980’s and 1990’s.

Even Barky Obummer couldn’t have derailed the tech boom.
Fortunately for us, Clinton was more interested in getting his leg over than in being president, which meant an even more laissez-faire policy and the growth very real, bubbles notwithstanding.
As usual, Hillary is quick to claim credit for the successes of others, even her husband’s.

My stocks tanked in the 1990s. No, the economy in the 1990s wasn't that good.

National Home Ownership Strategy was his as well.

Like everything, the economy cycles and they hit it at a time where computers were taking over the world...a wild, creative period in our history.
And of course, the economy was so good, Bubba raised taxes across the board and on fuel to make sure the government got a bigger piece of the action and he could increase our worthless Dem social programs.

As the market tanked in 2000 Democrats were blaming then candidate Bush.

Yeh she remembers when the Republican congress forced Billy Jeff to go along with welfare reform and lower taxes which promoted prosperity.

If he had a Dem congress during the tech boom, he could have derailed it, especially by dumping something like Obamacare on top of it. Imagine if Hillarycare/Teddycare (single-payer) went through back then?

Perhaps the fall did indeed do some brain damage as she seems to be forgetting who controlled Congress from 95-00, which is when the economy was booming.

This is horseblank. If we’re going to have a pissing contest about economic conditions under different presidents, she needs to own up to Obama’s record in this area. Bill Clinton is ancient history. Obama is a good Democrat. Hillary is a good Democrat. She needs to talk about the most recent Democrat president, as she tries to say Democrat presidents are so good.

Whitewater, Vince Foster, thieving all that stuff from the White House, when they left, the military contractors without contracts, the GI’s had their paychecks threatened, again.
