Two leaked tapes have emerged on the internet where Kiev-appointed governor allegedly threatens an ex-presidential candidate who called for a referendum. The official may also be behind the Odessa massacre and Mariupol shootings, the leak adds.
On the first tape, which appeared on May 14, an oligarch and governor of the city of Dnepropetrovsk in southeastern Ukraine, Igor Kolomoisky, allegedly called ex-presidential candidate Oleg Tsarev and started threatening him. He told Tsarev to leave Ukraine immediately, saying it was in connection with the killing of Bogdan Shlemkevich, a soldier from Ukraine’s National Guard on May 9 in Mariupol, southeastern Ukraine.

They put $1 million for your head, they will go after you everywhere,” Kolomoisky told him. “Tomorrow they will look for your people and relatives,” said the Ukrainian oligarch.
The second leaked conversation, which also emerged on May 14, was between Oleg Noginsky, the president of the Suppliers of Customs Union, an organization which aims at increasing the turnover between Ukraine and the Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia, and someone whom he called Yan Borisovich. Noginsky said that Kolomoisky’s actions are mad.
“Besides, it was he Kolomoisky who hired the guys in the Odessa [massacre]… the situation went out of control. Their task was to beat them [anti-government protesters] so they would be taken to hospital and to destroy the camp on Kulikovo Pole Square completely,” he said.

Right Sector Leader Andrey Denisenko has been identified as the leader of the "Kolomoisky's Headhunters" group that shot and killed unarmed civilians trying to vote in the town of Krasnoarmeysk.
He is one of the primary leaders of Right Sector, is its acting head in the Dnepropetrovsk region, and is the campaign manager for Ukraine Presidential Candidate Dmitry Yarosh, who Kolomoisky is financing.
He is also thought to be the leader of Kolomoisky's Headhunters," a group put together to collect the $10,000USD bounty that Billionaire PrivatBank founder Igor Kolomoisky has publicly offered for separatists, dead or alive.

Kolomoisky is an Oligarch that owns PrivatBank, and is one of the primary backers of the coup government.
To make sure I understand what I’m reading here, you’re suggesting that the anti-Russian groups caused the violence that they blamed on Russia that led to the coup and the eventual takeover of Crimea?

The thugs hired by this Oligarch are likely responsible for the slaughters in Mariupol and Odessa. A LOT of what has happened in Ukraine can be traced directly, or indirectly, to him, or his money.
He was “appointed” as Governor of Dnepropetrovsk after the coup, and didn’t even have to give up his Israeli passport.
To make things even murkier, he is loosely connected to BOTH the Omidyar Network, and The Open Society Institute.
The Maidan shootings are an entirely different thing. And there are LOTS of questions about who actually did that shooting.
That’s hilarious because Igor Kolomoisky is JEWISH. Remember how often we’ve heard the Ukrainians and Maidan are anti-Semitic? Oh, the irony.
MONEY and religion are two very different things, especially in that part of the world.

Another 16 people who escaped from the Trade Union were murdered over the following three days.
Right Sector had a list of those they were going to kill, I think.
What they did inside the Trade Union was barbarism, pure and simple.
I don’t think it’s coming off in the translation that in the first leaked tape, Kolomoiskyi is saying there’s bounty on Tsarev head because the separatists in Mariupol killed a National Guardsman, Shlimkevich, a Jew.

A lot of Russian propaganda is aimed at Russians themselves and Russians are totally fine with Jew-Nazis. Russians are very anti-Semitic and for them being Nazi means tearing down Lenin monuments, that Ukrainians did. A lot of Ukrainian people are given Nazi labels by pundits that would call the whole Republican Party and certainly the people visiting Free Republic Nazis.

Robert Powell, the husband of Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell, D-Fla., reportedly took $700,000 from a Ukrainian oligarch named Igor Kolomoisky. Mucarsel-Powell sits on the House Judiciary Committee, the committee that drafted two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump for his alleged abuse of power with regards to Ukraine.
In 2018, the Daily Beast reported that a number of businesses linked to Kolomoisky hired Powell as an attorney. One of those firms paid Powell at least $700,000 over two years, according to public records.
The Miami Herald reported Powell was working for companies tied to Kolomoisky for 10 years. Powell made most of his money in the two years leading up to his wife’s election in 2018.
Kolomoisky has been accused of contract killings and embezzlement in the past. Yet, in 2018 when Mucarsel-Powell was running for her seat, she did not see her husband’s work as relevant to her campaign.
“Debbie Mucrasel-Powell is running for Congress, not her husband. To imply that Debbie has anything to do with her indirect shareholder of a parent company that once employed her husband is an enormous stretch,” said Michael Hernandez, senior communications advisor for her campaign in 2018.
While Mucrasel-Powell may have convinced her constituents that her husband’s work is unrelated, it is a clear conflict in the current impeachment of Trump. Mucarsel-Powell voted to impeach Trump.
