Liberals often say theyre big on tolerance, but apparently tolerance must flow only one way toward liberals and their favored identity groups. So says MSNBC contributor Jonathan Capehart.
Appearing as a guest on Mondays The Last Word with Lawrence ODonnell, Capehart rebuffed the idea
...
[T]olerance, no, is not it should not be a two-way street. It's a one-way street.
...
Thats the perfect encapsulation of liberalism they will make you to understand that you are wrong and they are right. You will tolerate whoever they like, but as for you tough luck. If you dont share their tolerant beliefs, they will not tolerate you. Tolerance, in its true classical definition, is intolerable.

Yet another demonstration of the fact that liberals are hypocrites. They believe in nothing except what is expedient and advantageous for them.

I’ve always thought there was something inherently childish about liberalism. This pretty much confirms it.

So, I should have to tolerate you, but you shouldn't have to tolerate me?
And these are your rules?

“At least hes honest. An idiot, but honest.”
What’s troubling is why some of them don’t always bother to lie. My thoughts:
1. They have acquired enough power they believe they can get away with it. AND
2. They want to push the envelope further and actually attempt to persuade people they are right and tolerance is a one-way street.
We see similar absurd stunts being pursued by democrats every day.
To: george76
Yeah....they are sounding more and more diabolical by the day. Libs are genocidal intolerant maniacs.

********* another wacko gay who thinks he is going to be a dictator over normal people. He’s black so he will really heap it onto the white men who call the shots in America. True or not this is what he has churning in his pea brain. Getting your fudge packed warps your mind and nervous system

In the old days liberals understood what ‘tolerance’ meant - today they’re plain old totalitarian jerks. Eff ‘em.

Reads just like Scalia's opinion in that recent case where he said that the Liberals on the Court would interpret the 14th Amendment as prohibiting exactly what its text demands ...
