Employees at Serco- an Obamacare processing center in Missouri with a contract worth more than $1.2 billion, are coming forward with stunning accounts of the odd work environment there.
A current employee alleges that there is no work for employees to do, so they often sit idly staring at computer screens.
Serco is supposed to process Obamacare applications, input the data into computers, and complete the sign up process, but the employee told KMOV that weeks could pass without an employee processing an application.
“The main thing is that the Data Entry side does not have hardly any work to do. They’re told to sit at their computers and hit the refresh button every ten minutes- no more than every ten minutes. They’re monitored to hopefully look for an application. Their goals are set to process two applications per month and some people are not even able to do that,” the employee said.

I was at Kroger yesterday trying to get my scratch-offs redeemed. On the other side of the customer service counter was one manager with a cart of full plastic-bagged items, maybe 20 or 30.
On the other side of the aisle in line in front of me was what I call a 40ish white trash country skank female laughing and joking with some other boozing no good male there.
The poor girl on the other side was painstakingly going through all the items in the bags and matching them to the receipts (multiple)and doing some entry on the register.
I wondered what was going on until I saw the skank shuffle her Georgia Peach EBT card with some other crap in her hand while talking to her fine upstanding ‘friend’.
She’d bought a bunch on the EBT card and was now trying to get a cash refund, and I guess if you are obnoxious enough and patient enough, Kroger doesn’t have a way to credit the returns back to the EBT account. I don’t know this for sure, but the way all the people behind the counter were acting, this seemed to me to be the case.
I guess this bitch got her cash and could go out and get more booze and drugs after all that. She wasn’t phased in the least at creating all that mess. Bitch. Another unpaid ‘entitlement worker’.

Yes. But she wasn’t. My county is 96% white, 1% black and 3% other(guess what that is). Of the 30,000 residents, 6000 are SNAP, 20%!

A guy I know was sent over to evaluate his company’s offshore software development center and found that everyone spent their days playing games or watching basketball online.
probably Davis-Bacon or some other union regs.
