Also, notice the quote from the author about the Klan putting BIBLES IN THE SCHOOLS??? That is NOT there by accident.
One more observation: the presence of the Klan, in the quote, is in the context of the life of Jordan’s GREAT-GRANDFATHER...not Michael.
The media reports I have seen are like this one: trying to implicate the Klan was the “chamber of commerce” in the 1970s.
Another thing not mentioned: the Klan was made up of men of the DEMOCRAT PARTY. DEMOCRATS.
They also forget to mention the Klan hanged blacks who registered Republican to vote.
Pray America wakes up
Uh oh, he must be about to release Air Jordan 6.0: “Curb-Stompin’ Whitey.”
“Michael Jordan: I Was Racist Against All White People Growing Up”
Unlike other groups White people dont really care.
Two points
- anti-whitism is simply a proxy for anti Western culturism, which is a proxy for anti-Christianity.
- babies aren’t born “racist”, ie, hating others because of their skin tone. That has to be taught.
I’m shocked, shocked I tell ya
Did he hate all Democrats too?
Probably true though. I remember my aunt and uncle. My uncle was a doctor. He married my aunt when he was older. She was Catholic, he was not. He had already joined the Masons because all professional men then did. He was going to join the KKK also for the same reasons until my aunt pointed out to him that they were anti-Catholic. She had not been allowed to have a teaching certificate in Missouri during the 40s because of the Klan. A lot has changed. We had that shooting a few weeks ago by a man who was from the remnant of that culture. It still exists in rural Missouri and I’m pretty sure in a lot of places.
I’m sure what Mihael Jordan says about his youth is true. He did, however; forget to mention that the KKK was an off-spring of the Democrat Party. I don’t think he was taking a shot at religion with the Bible comment. He was just saying the Klan was part of the fabric of the community...buying uniforms for the kids, running the chamber of commerce, bying bibles, etc. It’s an ugly past.
I was raised in Oakland, myself. I’m white, but about half the kids in my schools were black. I was afraid of some of them, but so were most of the black kids. A bad person is a bad person. We had Martin Luter King Jr Birthday off way before it ever became a holiday. Race meant nothing to me or my classmates until puberty hit. Then, it seemed to hang over us...for reasons that no one could really explain. Still, basically everyone was very friendly. Oakland is very good that way....despite what you might read....well west Oakland was no place to go at night, but it’s getting better nowadays.
Anyway, the only bad experience I had was during the week the mini-series Roots was on—1977. The day after Kunte Kinte got his foot cut off was really intense. When walking home from 6th grade, I had to avoid the Junior High kids because they were mad at the white studnets. I got mad in return because I related to Kunte Kinte as much as anyone, I felt. Random anger directed at good people seemed mean-spirited and ugly to me.
That was the day I was first introduced to what I call, “Black Anger.” This is the black philosophy of embracing victim-hood and holding onto anger against people who died years and years ago and not about solving problems. Some of my best friends got caught up in it. One of my buddies who grew up just down the street is one of those stem-winding preachers in East Oakland embracing the rage. I, having grown up in the exact same environment, went to College. I looked for the success. He looked for anger. We both found exactly what we were looking for....
At least he is honest enough to make the admission.
It’s good to see that Michael Jordan still speaks English, rather than Newspeak.
In Newspeak, only whites, and all whites, are “racists” by definition — the Newspeak word “racist” officially being defined as holding racial prejudices while wielding power or benefiting from the combination of racial prejudice and power (so one can involuntarily be a “racist” regardless of what one believes or how one acts) — but this is always applied only to spheres where white people fit the definition and black folks don’t (cf. Zimbabwe, to which the Newspeak definition is never applied lest English speakers notice that it’s not really the definition and that Newspeak “racist” simply means “white person”).
So, because of this admission, will the NBA ban him for life and force him to sell his basketball team?
And heaven knows, we certainly know how offended Black people are by Bibles. But not by ball teams, apparently.
Kick him outta the Hall of Fame.
Isn’t this the same thing as Paula Deen?
