White House adviser John Podesta told reporters Monday afternoon that Congress could not derail the Obama administrations efforts to unilaterally enact policies to fight global warming.
Podesta said that the president was committed to using executive orders to pass regulations under the Clean Air Act to limit carbon dioxide emissions that they say cause global warming.

Mr. Podesta, the executive office has no such power.
We are not a Stalinist dictatorship.

Congress in the past defunded OSHA when they went rogue. Defending EPA would be a good idea. They have already defended the Veterans Administration.

The Republicans have complete control of the main branch of government, so Obama’s agenda, any agenda, can be stopped cold. If the Democrats had the same margin of control in the House that the Republicans have now, that old lady, Miss Nancy, would come roaring out like Attila the Hun. She would bottle up anything the Republicans proposed. But, the Republicans have Boehner, and that is very worrisome.

Yes , I have heard that he even taught Constitutional GlowBull warming since all the Science was in !
Agenda 21 and New World Order supercedes economic logic.
If I remember correctly, this last winter some places faced the threat of "rolling brown-outs" due to high electricity usage,
and still others faced better than a triple in the price of propane , if they could find it .
But why worry about it .. because we have "the smartest guy in the room" working on expanding the +0.1 % rise in the GDP .
and on job creation that he has been working on since he was first elected ... /sarc

But, the Republicans have Boehner, and that is very worrisome.Boehner is an extremely evil human being.
since this weak anti-Constitutional, anti-Liberty Speaker of the House will NOT lift a finger to fight this then by default he endorses this move by Obama, he believes in ALL that Obama believes.
It cannot be repeated enough that Boehner is an extremely evil human being.
Our Republic is being destroyed right before our very eyes by a Marxist government cabal and Boehner's main focus is destroying the Tea Party.

All the House has to do.
House should simply state there has been no statistical warming for over 15 years based on data and observation then defund the EPA.
