The West has cut all paths to a peaceful solution of the Ukrainian crisis by supporting the Kiev authorities and their violent crackdown on protests in the eastern part of the country, Russias envoy Vitaly Churkin told the UN Security Council.

This feels like the edge of a full-blown war now.
The Rhetoric being used at the UN right now by our own government is VERY disturbing.

Russian translation: EU, US interfering with Russia’s attempt to grab more Ukrainian territory.

You know events as well as I do.
This is a bigger geo-political game than just Ukraine.
That the Obama administrations actions have boomeranged isn’t surprising.

This comment by Russia isn’t disturbing?

This administration is good at that.

Yes, it is. So are the ones from the Obama Administration.
Russia has been fairly consistent though, while we have been all over the place.

This is a bigger geo-political game than just Ukraine. Putin is playing chess while Obama is playing beer pong.

Thanks for posting this story from RT - Putin’s propaganda outlet for simple-minded Western consumption. There is plenty of evil to go around, but we need to remember that the Russians always suck.

A DemoRat war to distract from the economic collapse at home, six months before midterms?
Seems we have that classic common enemy threat to our "nation" from the outside.
How surprising.

I posted it PRECISELY because it gives the Russian’s public position.
It’s a pity you are so narrow-minded. Don’t you think that knowing what the official Russian position might be important?
Or would you rather wait until the Air Raid sirens go off, to figure out what is going on?

I wouldn’t go that far.
What we have here is the boomerang from the incompetence of Obama, and the radical Socialist ideologue minions he is surrounded by.
Obama has stumbled his way into this, as part of a misguided effort to sooth his ego after being smacked down by Putin over Syria.
And we ALL may have to pay the price for it, in the end.

Eastern Ukraine should start mobilizing a self defense force if they want to keep themselves out of EU/IMF imposed debt slavery.
Western Ukraine should start learning Polish. :^)

Two days ago it was reported on
Swedish Radio News (link in Swedish only) that the opposition to the government in Kiev was growing. The Maidan is getting restless again, and people are talking about ousting the government with new demonstrations if it doesn't take back the control of eastern Ukraine. One acute reason for the anger is the fact that the parlaiment is taking a long-weekend leave, despite the precarious situation, and the parliamentarians will not be back before 6 May. This may be one of the reasons the anti-separatist operation started this morning.
Ironically, a new putsch may be the best way of avoiding a big war. Even the US and the EU will not be able to support a second "para-democratic" removal of the Ukraine government.

How many ID's do you have, tovarich?
Thanks for pinging the Mod. It's a disgrace that you're allowed to post your NeoSoviet® propaganda on FR.
