An attorney representing the woman Donald Sterling was talking to when he made racist remarks said Thursday that the hour-long conversation was taped by mutual agreement last September and provided to a friend for safekeeping, who then leaked it to TMZ.
V. Stiviano sent two snippets of the conversation, recorded in her Los Angeles duplex, to a friend who released them without her permission, lawyer Siamak Nehoray said. He would not identify the friend.

Unless the tape begins with "I consent to this recording", the tart is toast.
He would not identify the friend.

Sterling’s shake down was planned? A racist, black supremacist conspiracy to defraud Sterling of his team?
The plot thickens.
Magic Johnson?
That year, after meeting Sterling, she had her name legally changed to V Stiviano. The reason stated in her court petition was that she had "yet been fully accepted because of [her] race." I'm guessing Sterling may have had something to do with the name change.
Donald Sterling (and perhaps others) is paying her bills. In Shelly Sterling's lawsuit against V Stiviano, Shelly alleges that Sterling gave Stiviano cash to buy a $1.8 condo, $240,000 spending money, a Rolex, a Ferrari, two Bentleys, a Range Rover, and other goodies.
In 2001, Stiviano served as a Director of the Donald T. Sterling Charitable Foundation. Many board directors receive a stipend.
Stiviano also created a line of shirts and hats bearing the V Stiviano label, which she promoted on the same Instagram account on which she posts photos of herself in Clippers gear and the photo with Magic Johnson.
According to 'sources,' Stiviano regularly and openly taped many if not most of her conversations with Sterling, and that included conversations where other parties were present. We've known a third party was present for the 'bombshell' conversation within 48 hours after the conversation was leaked. We don't know yet who the third party was or why the tapes were leaked.
According to TMZ, there are more than 100 hours of taped conversations (tell-all book?). Stiviano says she taped conversations at Stering's request because of his senility. A lot of current sources say Sterling knew about the recordings at the time they were being made. The recording process itself would not have been illegal in that case. The leaking
However, Shelly Sterling's lawsuit may have had something to do with the timing."
Was this part of a blackmail plot in which Sterling called somebody's bluff? Perhaps.
The MSM has not been covering Stiviano's past, but it's been available in the media for five days or more, including the LA Times. I've posted about it a couple of times in the last four days.
Sterling might not have much time left:
And another delaying tactic:
Again, like I said, Silver’s speech the other day was just that: a speech. No way is that business leaving the Sterling family.
Magic, Oprah, Geffen the fag, Houdini, whoever, ain’t getting the Clippers.
I agree with your 'two immoral losers' part - and MSNBC trying to hype it (white liberal elites playing emotional blacks for all they can get)... But it seems there's a point of diminishing returns here... not only are guilty white liberals getting tired of being played for 'outrage' over this type of stuff, but I suspect a blacks are getting tired of it too.
Truth is blacks and whites often - in the privacy of their lives - are NOT totally impressed with each other. I'm sure that's a shock... to someone who's been living under a rock for the past few hundred years... But truth be known, a loser like Sterling talking to his tacky mistress isn't Selma. Most intelligent people (except those at MSNBC) know this. Black outrage as a tactic and it's wearing thin.
Dems playing blacks for rage is starting to feeling, well.. staged. Worse than white college kids being paid to pretend they're protesting at an Occupy gathering. Or 'concerned moms against guns' being bought and paid for by a liberal elite like Bloomberg. Groups can become cliche's
Not saying blacks have cried wolf too many times... or that they've been played too often by democrats or that whites and many blacks are tired of the show... but it's getting close.
It used to be that when you bought a bimbo she stayed bought. Now they sell you out at the drop of a hat to nearest celebrity websight. (*sigh*) What’s an obnoxious, butt-ugly, 81 year-old billionare supposed to do for company these days?
Sorry - she was the source of the leak. Giving a 3rd part access to private records is divulging the records, whether the 3rd party further disseminates them or not.
V. Stiviano is legally liable (unless the "friend" is her lawyer, where HE is now legally liable for releasing the recordings AND for violating confidentiality).
Makes that lifetime ban pretty ironic.
It really does.
Ah yes..she gave private recordings to a 3rd party? For what reason OTHER then to be leaked at her word....if they were actually leaked by a 3rd party and not her.
somebody outta flip her over and check for a ...
Donald Sterling knows all about name changes. He was born Donald Tokowitz on 26 April 1934. When he was in his twenties, he changed it to "Sterling", as in the British currency unit, a name he believed folks would have confidence in.
Don Sterling coping with high schrewal |
Thank you, cynwoody.
Brother G!!!!
I’m not doing the flipping... wouldn’t want that “surprise”. Haha!
You always have a way with words, that makes me laugh.
Those pics of her face made me think Tranny too.
Definitely something going on with the cheeks on that broad.
