Ukraine’s disintegration is not the result of Russian pressure.
No border was changed in Europe by force and no one died in a war. As for Crimea, it was a democratic decision of the Crimean people to join Russia.
No one was coerced against their will to do something they didn’t want. All of which Vice President Biden conveniently forgets.
