A clutch of newly released White House emails provides the clearest evidence to date that top presidential aides sought to use anti-American protests sweeping across the Middle East in 2012 — as well as the aftermath of the Benghazi terrorist attack — to push an image of President Obama’s foreign policy as “steady and statesmanlike,” just weeks before his re-election.
In one of the emails — written just hours after a top CIA official warned the White House that the Benghazi attack might not have been inspired by the Internet video that had triggered protests in Egypt, Yemen and other nations in the region — the administration’s strategic communications adviser told U.N. Ambassador Susan E. Rice in a memo to push the favorable story line anyway on national television.

In order to appear statesman like, competent, and steadfast, an elaborate lie and hoax is communicated in propaganda fashion from the office of the president of the United States? Then a speaking tour is rolled out complete with Susan Rice repeating this to anyone who will broadcast it, the president goes on talk shows and perpetuates it, and they put some dumb schmuck in the pokey for starting the whole thing which they knew all along was a false narrative?
Knowing the whole operation was a classified illegal gun and heavy weapons running gig, they could use the cover of being "classified" to hide behind.

Absolutely on target. Not only will the MSM gradually withdraw from
Obama and gravitate toward Clinton but they will pat themselves on
the back for do so. One of Hillary’s big campaign issues, for example,
will be how she will reform Obamacare. The media will love it. We
all know it is coming. Conservative media should have already been
tieing Hillary to Obamacare long ago.
