It ain’t rotting from acid rain. It’s melting from the inside from all that methane from the BS those guys spew. They’re all worthless. I wouldn’t fix it until they’re all thrown out.

I’ll make them a deal. If they return the federal government to what it was when the capitol was built, I’ll give them whatever is required to restore the capitol dome to its former glory.

and torn open by acid rain Haven't heard much about acid rain since the 1990s.
Talk of it disappeared with talk of "ozone holes".

Sixty million...
I can’t help but laugh out loud as I watch these idiots act as if a $60 million dollar expenditure would be something they would give a fig about.
Fiscal conservancy? LMAO

Isn’t the capital dome figuratively on fire?
Kind of like what happened to the Reichstag?

The baby looks this way as God tries to remind us the damage the abortion advocates have done to this USA. This building and many others in D.C. are so responsible for the American holocaust.

Is “the baby” in the path of runoff water? If so, it would erode regardless of the pH of the H2O.

Maybe they could have used some of that mosque building in foreign lands money or perhaps the penis washing money but it’s too late....we’re broke and it’s not worth saving. Let it resign itself to the fate of another DemonRat controlled city....Detroit.

Lee Iacocca led a very successful PRIVATE fundraising drive to restore the Statue of Liberty in the 1980’s.
I am sure that more than enough Americans would be willing to contribute to help restore the Capitol Dome.
No need for spending even MORE tax dollars on this.
