Last month, Eric Holder’s Department of Justice went to court to battle two states to prevent them from verifying citizenship before voting -- before being slapped down by a Federal judge.
Today we saw why they fought so hard:
Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller says an illegal immigrant has been arrested on two felony charges for allegedly using a false identity to register to vote and casting ballots in two elections. Miller late Friday announced the arrest of Ortencia Segura in California.

Wait a second here. Before charges, especially felony charges can be filed we have to find out who he voted for. If he voted for dims then it’s ok. Vote fraud is only illegal in the USA if you vote Republican!

This one individual represents a drop of water in a vast ocean. The only thing newsworthy here is that this bitch was caught, and just by sheer luck. The vast majority of illegal immigrants who vote just do so with no consequences.
There is only one (combined) solution: photo voter ID PLUS proof of voter citizenship - with birth certificate (US) or naturalization document) - at registration!

Miller late Friday announced the arrest of Ortencia Segura in California. A complaint filed by the attorney general’s office says Segura registered to vote in Washoe County in August 2008 and provided identification with the name of Marisela Reyna. Authorities confirmed she voted in the 2008 and 2010 elections.
JFK had enough electoral votes to win without Illinois' 27 E.V.s.
The final electoral tally was 303 to 219 in favor of Kennedy.

After the absentee ballots were tallied, Nixon actually had the 32 electoral votes of California. Yes, that ship has long since sailed and though I'm not Harry Turtledove, I can't help but wonder how much better America here in 2014 would be had Richard Nixon won.

If you got California, for example, there are voting precincts where virtually the entire populations are illegal aliens and the vast majority of the voters are illegal.
Voter fraud is rampant but these areas are also no go areas for elections monitors

I am convinced of it also. That is why they react like a vampire seeing a cross when states pass voter ID laws or somebody tries to get states to purge dead voters from the rolls. I believe it is probably a bigger problem than even people like you or I think it is.

A local couple called 10News concerned after they received an envelope from the state's Obamacare website, Covered California. Inside was a letter discussing voter registration and a registration card pre-marked with an "x" in the box next to Democratic Party.

BOOKMARK THIS Each state's Secretary of State is required to check into all cases of reported voter fraud. Course a Dem won't. But many states have Repub Secy's of State. They should be notified about illegals registering via O/Care.....and fraudulently plugged into Democrat voter rolls.
