Warning follows threat from Harry Reid that grazing dispute 'not over'
The chief of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association says his sources inside the federal government are warning that Washington’s weekend retreat in a dispute over grazing land in Nevada was just to distract and defuse – because a raid on the family’s ranch still is being strategized.
And there probably would be violence involved, said Richard Mack, the former sheriff of Grisham County, Ariz.
“I don’t think it would be possible” to launch a raid without violence, he told WND Monday. “I don’t the Bundys would lie down and be taken.”
He cited the threat from Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., that the confrontation was far from over, despite the weekend’s retreat by armed gunmen working for federal agencies.
Reid on Monday told KRNV-TV in Reno. “It’s not over. We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it’s not over.”

Bundy’s claim is legitimate. He does own the Surface Rights to that land, regardless of who owns the underlying fee.
Ownership of surface rights is the chief principle in this battle between land users and the Marxists that are trying to strip us of our land.
None of your specious arguments even touch on this ancient principle, that was endorsed by our congress when they ratified the treaty.
There’s no question the whole kerfluffle pivots on the water rights.

OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) — Baltimore County police say a man is dead after FBI agents opened fire on the person in a busy shopping area in Owings Mills.
The agents confronted the man in an SUV late Friday afternoon on an access road near a Wal-Mart store and Sam’s Club near Reisterstown Road. Officials released little information about the incident and did not identify the man who died.

McVeigh was right when it came to his “cause”. But one man killing children is just as bad as the government killing children. That’s no way to get public oppinion on your side. So, I agree with you.
