The U.S. Bureau of Land Management announced today that it was ending its effort to seize Cliven Bundys herd of cattle that has been illegally grazing on federal land. The reason the BLM suspended the cattle round up was to protect the safety of federal employees and members of the general public. Bundy and a smattering of his right-wing supporters have threatened to wage a range war if the government continues with its effort to enforce the law. Let that sink in for a minute. The government is halting their efforts to enforce the law because of the threats being made by Bundy supporters.
In other words, the threat of violent opposition to the federal government enforcing current law, caused the government to back down and yield to the demands of domestic terrorists.

Give me some men who are stout-hearted men
Who will fight for the right they adore
Start me with ten who are stout-hearted men
And I'll soon give you ten thousand more
Shoulder-to-shoulder
And bolder and bolder
They grow as they go to the fore
Then there's nothing in the world can halt or mar a plan
When stout-hearted men can stick together man to man !

We are domestic terrorists when we fight against marxist commies and thier agenda
Mark Steyn can likely do much better, but until he does, I’m goin’ with it.
I think we need to start one of those White House petitions to made MooseShell get a BLM permit for her grazing on public lands at the White House.

The same way several hundred thousand gun-owners in Connecticut emboldened our cousins in NY state to tell their legislature to "screw off".
Smatterings, splurges, scintillas, smidgens...whatever.
In other words, the threat of violent opposition to the federal government enforcing current law, caused the government to back down and yield to the demands of freedom loving Americans.
Fixed.

Wow. That web site is as unhinged as DUmbassville....
He writes like a homosexual cretin to boot.
Well, he does have a face for radio. And a degree for unemployment.
I enjoyed the comments there. Especially the ones from “dandi.” Could that be our “dandi?”
I wouldn’t rush to claim victory just yet. I am very happy for All of us and for my Country that violence was averted for the moment. The tinder has been lit and is smoking, however, and the People need to know what the facts are (is this Federal or State or Private land?)and who the government actors are who precipitated this totally contrived and unnecessary confrontation at this time. This had the immediate potential to turn into a massacre because the BLM, among many other Federal bureaucracies, have been given the authority and the funding to form and maintain their own paramilitary police forces and act as Judges, Juries and Executioner. This needs a fast and public look by the House and, after November, Congress needs to look into the entire issue of Federal bureaucracies essentially making their own rules, adjudicating the guilt of citizens who violate them and running their own little armies to enforce their decisions as they wish as well as impeach and convict each and every one of the BLM politicians who made the whole series of bad decisions that led up to the confrontations that erupted yesterday. NEVER AGAIN!!.
Bundy et al, won the battle, but the war is long from over.
