If the report regarding cell towers being out in the area is correct there maybe is intelligence that many people are on the way to help the family. Might be a planned exercise or maybe is a true report regarding the cell towers being out. I do not know if the cell towers are out or not. If the cell towers are out it might be because the blm has information that many people are trying to locate and stand with the family. I’m speculating though everyone ... I do not know.
