Breaking news, via KDKA Pittsburgh. Six people (not sure all students or teachers or combination of the two) at Franklin Regional HS in Murrysville, PA. Live feed at link.

It could have been as simple as a decently-sharpened kitchen knife for all we know right now.
I have a set of Ginsu kitchen knives at home that are wicked sharp, made of good, quality steel, and very heavy duty. Something like that can do a hell of a lot of damage, and they’re common enough.
But even a simple cheap steak knife can make serious cuts and slashes too.
I’m sure we’ll find out the details as soon as the local media figures out how to spin it as dramatically as possible.

After fire alarm pulled (again this part NOT confirmed) but I’ve scene it several places...students emptied in hallways.
Switched to CNN. They are using WTAE air feed.

Perp Male (confirmed).
Back to WTAE, interviewing a very poised young man, Ritchie. He said he does NOT want to spread rumors, but did confirm that fire alarm was pulled to get students into hallways. This kid is very calm and poised.
