The Russian government today claimed there are more than 100 American 'mercenaries' from a defense contracting company disguised as Ukrainian troops in the embattled former Soviet nation, a claim the American firm and top U.S. officials deny.

The latest news relesae from Greystone, as posted on a company blog, is from September 2012, titled "New business in Russia" and simply says the company "provided executive protection services in Russia." In April 2012, the company announced it had been awarded a similar contract in the Caucasus region of Eurasia.

....” you really think theyd admit it, if it were true?”....
We know they wouldn’t unless it could be used favorably for political purposes, and even then doubtful.
Any time there’s conflict there are always “outsiders” who come into the fray...appointed for a mission and those not. Some just love to go where there’s a chance to fight, and more of these then most would admit...most get paid something from some source, so it’s a “Job” to them... Bottom feeders.
what are McCain’s personal interests in Ukraine?
Ukraine leadership supported his run for President, for just one thing......I have some information I’ll try and retrieve about this and bring it here...
".....The Board of Directors of the IRI (The International Republican Institute) is chaired by Senator John McCain,.. the IRI has been active in Ukraine for over 10 years ....funded by US budget/ US private capital....McCain's involvement in the colored revolutions is clearly established in the documentary 'Manon Loizeau' devoted to color revolutions. .....easy to understand why McCain was recently rushed to Kiev to support the Ukrainian Protesters.
The "European People's Party" has close relations with the IRI..Wilfried Martens, EPP President at the time, supported John McCain in the U.S. presidential election.
After..The "Orange" Revolution, MCCain had already visited Ukraine (February 2005) to meet those he had largely funded. ...and was directly in violation of the International Agreement of non-interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign country.
McCain also visited the Arab countries..... Tunisia (2-21-2011)....Egypt (2-27-2011),.... Libya (4-22-2011)...Syria (5-27-2013)..... During the first two trips, governments had already fallen. In the last two, the battle raged (it is still in Syria.)
In Kiev, McCain addressed the rebels of Maidan (December 14, 2013). ......stating..."We are here to support your cause and it is the sovereign right of Ukraine to choose its own destiny freely and independently.... And the destiny that you want is in Europe "......he trumpeted. He met Yatsenyuk Klitschko and Tyahnybok........... Tyahnybok, was banned last year to enter the United States because of his anti-Semitic discourse.
The annual reports of the NED (also present in Kiev and affiliated with IRI)) show that just for 2012 the amounts awarded to sixty Ukrainian organizations amounted to nearly $ 3.4 million. ... In this report, it is stated that the IRI and NDI ..(McCain) received $380,000 and $345,000 for their activities in Ukraine. This would not include other payments just from NED.
...McCain, Guido Westerwelle, head of German diplomacy, took a walkabout amid protesters in the Maidan square with his "protected" "Yats" and "Klitsch" or, more politely, Yatsenyuk and Klitschko. .....After talking with them behind closed doors, he said ......"We are not here to support a party, but 'we support the European values'. And when we engage in these European values, it is of course nice to know that the vast majority of Ukrainians share these values, want to share and want to follow the path to Europe."
Yushchenko and McCain (February 2005).. note how he's drapped with the Orange Revolution scarf.
McCain meets Klitschko and Yatsenyuk Tyahnybok (December 2013)
Thanks. It’s astounding. McCain’s been the globalists water boy for quite some time, perhaps since leaving that VN prison.
....” McCains been the globalists water boy for quite some time”.....
Oh yes indeed...he’s like a double agent...five times over...anywhere it gives him exposure and feeds his huge ego that he’s a King player on the International Stage.....Worse, He’s Obamas lacky as well....which just rolls my stomach!
McCain has no alligence to any country, let alone ours.....He’s become one of the so called.....”World Politicians”....one of the those above the others calling themselves “World Citizens”.
I think McCains’s wife has more influence over him then when he was in VN prison...She’s a sold out Progressive, march to elitism candidate, that there is....only on the arm of her husband. So is her daughter.
Politicians are now in the Global Mode of how they see issues...no longer nationhood...rather they have their seats picked out for the International Stage and the ties with it.....
I miss America so much...and feel like it’s being taken away by an enemy within...because it is!:(
You were referring to Blackwater, and their new name sounds like a cologne, XE. One of my college fratmates worked for Blackwater previously. Tells me if you’re an adrenaline junkie, this is the job and they damn well know how to shut up.
Yes, and I also noted it’s new name is XE...However, seemed right, for the content of the poster I was addressing, to use Blackwater as Greystone former name since it had not been changed to XEt when they were in Iraq.
Am sorry I couldn’t recall the exact name ‘Blackwater’....I t was familiar to me because Cheney was in some hot water for a time for his association with Blackwater.
Not sure what you mean by “adrenaline junkie”.....but certainly the men who go out from Greystone keep everything close to their chests before, during, and after any mission.
I have a family member who was serving in one of our military’s “special” forces who still today does not speak about it..nor would he. When he was called he went, and no communication with him throughout his time gone, nor where he was,...we didn’t even know when he’d return.
Proud to say that he remains trustworthy today though he’s out of the service.
