The first ships to return will be the corvette Ternopil, the missile boat Priluki and the tanker, Fastov, all of which are currently in Sevastopol.
Simultaneously, the head of the Ukrainian Defence Ministrys Crimean media centre, Vladislav Seleznev, announced that an agreement had been made on the return of Ukrainian aircraft from Crimea, adding that:
One plane will fly home under its own power following maintenance, several more will be transported over land.

Only ONE plane capable of flying home from Crimea on its own, and that only after "maintenance", and it sounds like only three ships capable of making Odessa under their own power.
When Ukraine became independent, they had one of the largest armies in the world and 500,000 active soldiers. They now have 90,000 and falling.
What's really noticeable is that the Ukraine has disarmed citizens of choice i.e., ethnic Russians.
Isn’t this basically a surrender? No two nations at “war” would even discus such a thing. Russia would have surely said no, or destroyed them all before letting them go back to Ukraine.
And Russia, by doing so, give themselves yet another PR win.
I suppose Kerry will take credit for this breakthrough of which he did nothing!
-——Isnt this basically a surrender?-—
For there to be a surrender there must have been resistance.
Russia reabsorbed essentially Russian Crimea.
Everybody knows it including the Ukranians
